For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. It would be really helpful if I could upload an address book that would be stored of my contacts and their email addresses.

  2. The best way to improve the new product experience is to bring back the old produce experience for Adobe sign.
    So much slower to get where you need to be, harder to do multiple/consecutive documents, I still can't find where the completed documents are, no navigation on the screen, need to rely on back buttons in the browser. Really badly thought out.

  6. The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!

    Device info: iPhone 7, iOS 12.

  9. New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

  10. This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

  11. I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…

  15. If there's no prefill, why do you make us go through a screen to "Send" the document after we've already tried to send it?

  16. Wow. This is pathetic. I figured out how to at least be able to send more than one stupid contract. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR BROWSER ENTIRELY and come back in. That is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

  17. this new site is complete garbage. Every document I click on sends me to the logon page when I click the review and sign button. Did this go through anything that resembles QA?

  19. NO HUMAN SUPPORT FOR SENDING FILES????? Your new platform IS MISSING MANY FUNCTIONS. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my week. Now I have to go looking for another file sharing platform and leave Adobe, competition because after all of these years working with you, yours no longer fits our needs.

  20. If you have to leave a document and return to it during prefill, there is apparently no way to actually return to prefill. I had to look something up and when I came back, it was loading Adobe. Forever. I went back to the sign in menu, and now I cannot access the document. This new interface is really problematic, not intuitive, and not at all a welcome change.
