1. Names of receivers not viewable

   How can I view to whom I sent my request for signature? The names of my files are always the same, just the person receiving it changes.

   This setup is time consuming to try and figure out which one is the one I am looking for.

2. Opaque and dangerous system

   This is a terrifying breach of document security. Your system is so opaque and so complicated that I cannot figure out how to use it correctly. Now it appears that ANYONE with the link can access my private business documents, and there's nothing I can do to secure it or delete these items.

4. Terrible UI Check Box Update

   Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.

   This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.

   Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

   How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

9. Overprint is not working for sent for Review documents

   Overprint is not rendered for the documents shared via Document Cloud. It means that the Review module have no use for the PDF's that are used in print production.

10. new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate

    I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

11. Reinstallation of Acrobat DC & Bad Certificates

    Good Afternoon,

    I already have a Subscription. However, I was having problems with my Mac operating system (High Sierra). I downgraded to El Capitan to try and correct these problems. My data is backed up in Time Machine, but if I restore it, it will reinstall the High Sierra operating system, creating the same problems again. I would like to download another copy of Adobe Acrobat DC, but I'm not sure how to do this and not be charged like a new member. Also, I was examining my Key Chain to check for invalid certificates. I found 3 identified as being from Adobe. I deleted them, but they kept reoccurring. I have them saved in my backup files, but I don't know how to send them to be examined. Please advise how I can reinstall this application. Best Regards

    I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

    I just want echosign. and what I am seeing on my screen is insanely confusing. If I did not purchase the correct program, I would appreciate it if you would cancel my membership and subscription and refund my card.

13. Kan inte importera WORD filer. Har fungerat förut...

    Hej. Jag har använt verktyget i flera år och kunnat plocka ihop word, pdf - filer oavsett format till ett nytt dokument i PDF.

    Nu ser jag en "ny" layout och får felmeddelanden när jag plockar in en wordfil...

16. No es funcional su nueva versión

    Con el cambio de versión es lo más poco funcional que cada vez que firmas un documento o revisas algún documento. Tengas que volver a firmarte: cuando tienes el tiempo encima eso no funciona . La consola anterior de documentos era mucho mejor, dividido por secciones de tipo de documento. Como esta actualmente no se pueden visualizar todos, no funciona.

17. Search does not work

    The search function does not work well anymore. When I put in some email addresses I get a whole list of files that are not associated with it at all, so I cannot easily locate all files sent to one email any longer. Extremely inconvenient, please restore prior functionality.
