Lost important access as email delegate. Can no longer use Adobe Sign
New format is terrible. I like the Dashboard view. Do not like the new document view, hard to view by category (yes, I saw filter, I am speaking about that). Also, I can no longer sign from a delegated email address as I had on all previous documents for the last few years. That last bit is the most important part. I do not see how our company can continue with this product if I can no longer access links sent to an email address I am delegated to receive.

The desktop app for Adobe Acrobat, no longer converts PDF to PPTX.

Pdf portfolio should be a choice. NOT a have to.
I am not happy with this new feature, pdf portfolio, which merges my documents or makes me keep them in a portfolio. I need for them to all be part of a reimbursement request and the forms which may have zeros need to show that they had zeros for the month.

Bug in PDF2Word conversion
The conversion of PDF to Word is terrible quality. It is wrongly aligned, and I'm not sure what all the junk is showing post-conversion.

Issue with AdobeSign
When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

Sign then send option was nice and an efficient option
With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:
- Start Fill & Sign with desired document
- On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
- After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.
We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,
Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
This will switch you to the earlier version…

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Highlighting text impossible
I want the old Adobe version back. It is so frustrating not to be able to select text to highlight.

Are you using the Highlight tool from the Quick Tools in the top left corner or the Context Menu that appears after selecting the text?
