Cannot download app. How do i get refund?
It is trying to force me to connect my OneDrive or use in Webversion. I do not want that. I just want the app on my machine.

Activity list not complete
When viewing an Activity for a document that is Out for Signature, the activity list does not show the Reminders that have also been sent. The activity list is misleading and incomplete.3 votes
as a user that is increasingly using the Acrobat product (and particularly Adobe cloud), I've started thinking about features that would make the product so much more useful than it already is:
- people read tons of PDFs, but these are often organized somehow, in my case by project. it would be very useful if notes, highlights can be structured more centrally, and aggregated by project. E.g. the 'top folder' (ultimate folder the user, top folder right underneath it). any highlights could potentially be 'labeled' so that these can be filtered and aggregated by topic.
Push new sales not help existing subscription
My laptop died, I got a new PC and I can see all information in my account about new products you'd like to sell me, but no information or links on how to download the product I actually subscribe to and need to install on my new device!!1 vote

Not a happy customer - how do you get by with not refunding money? after a customer cancels?
I was charged in December 2022 for year 2023. I did not even know I had the service. I want to cancel, which I did, yet you still kept my money and now you say I have a free account. I need a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. How do you get by with this? I will be sure to enlighten people of your ridiculous practice of cancelling the subscription with no refund. You have dramatically changed the Adobe Acrobat Pro GUI and end-user navigation in recent months! The change prevents me from doing standard activities that I have done for many years without interruption. Now I must stop and waste considerable time to add comments, edit fonts, and images.
