For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I had Acrobat DC, it had an autosplit function, your so called Improvements have removed this function, I split one PDF into multiple documents by a string of matching text, now we can no longer do this, any suggestions for a solution, there is no support for your expensive product!

  3. Am disappointed with the new changes. I can no longer fill/sign multiple files at once and the combine file gives an error "could not organize"

  4. Please, please, please, please turn off automatic field detection. It's ruining documents pre-prepared to send out for signature. The auto field detection is covering information already populated on the form and, in some cases, erases the information. This causes the client to have to sign multiple times or I have to print the form after signature to fill in the erased information. HELP

  8. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  9. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  11. I Don't need Cloud storage .How we can down load all file in our computer Download?? How we can change this, we are not able to use Adobe IF we sign out..

  12. Recently Microsoft has been first converting all pdfs to their version of PDFs in Windows. I set up the default to only use Adobe and now I can't highlight because the cursor is paragraphs long. Is there away to format the text or highlighter? It is rendering the PDFs for me as useless.

  14. When using a fillable form and requesting an e-signature with the new update, it removes some of my fillable boxes and when it gets sent out it is sent out in a different format then what I had it in.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

  17. I use features from the classic version such as file attachment, that are not currently available on this version. On the new version we cannot cc a person until the end of the process, but on the classic version we can cc someone at the beginning. We lose the ability to cc someone immediately upon switching from the new to classic. Can the cc option be available to us at the beginning of the process on the new version?

    I'm also having issues with the signature lines getting moved to a different location on the form after it is signed…

  18. This version of Adobe E-Sign sucks. How do I go back to the old version where things just worked?

    Adobe now balloons up files and then limits the amount for Adobe E-sign. It used to just work. I would question anyone's sanity if they recommended this iteration of Adobe.

  19. Very dissapointed with this service and their customer service!!! i will give it a -0. We are a busy company and i contacted to ask for help while also working, i've vbeen oput on hold and waited more than 15 minutes, but when i had to let them wait for an emergency they quickly closed the chat not even helping me resolve the issue!! i will not recommend this service to anyone!

  20. I use this tool to create and edit PDFs and collect e-signatures using "Create Web Form" and "Request E-Signatures." Adobe seems to get more complicated and more difficult to use. A few specific complaints:
    (1) stop with all the interruptions about your new features. I don't want to take tours and learn about new features. I don’t need to learn how to edit a PDF. I don’t want to watch videos about Adobe. I have work to do and you're getting in my way.
    (2) I pay for this, it's buggy, it crashes. I just had to uninstall and re-install…
