creative cloud desktop is horrible.
Adobe has become a horrible mess... i paid for a subscription so i can edit a pdf. for the past hour i'm getting bounced between adobe acrobat and creative cloud desktop. all for what? i'm just trying to change password on a pdf. adobe creative cloud just lost you a customer

I CAN'T USE THE SERVICES I'VE PAID FOR!!!
I am having an INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT time using the services I've paid for...PDF conversion April 2024...and just YESTERDAY, I changed to Acrobat PRO.. Why can't I just tap convert file and expect Adobe to do it??? It used to, now I have to go through a bunch of hoops and I can't get the task done!

With the new Adobe program I cannot figure out how to save a pdf to my computer, as I did for 25 years.
With the new Adobe program do I need to have a paid subscription in order to save a pdf that I download from another party?

Search bar in Agreements

Very Frustrated and Disappointed in This New Adobe - I like the old desktop versions better
I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. SO happy to see…
