Loading time too long.
Editing takes too long. All I need to do is split file into multiple pages but the page is just spiraling/thinking forever.

Falsche Lizenz macOS statt Windows
Ich habe die Lizenz für Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows eingelöst, mir wurde aber die Acrobat Pro 2020 macOS freigeschaltet :-( Auf Hinweis der Hotline habe ich dann nochmals die Windows-Lizenz angemeldet, bis heute aber nichts gehört. Inzwischen ist die Demo-Version abgelaufen und ich stehe etwas orientierungslos da.
Was kann ich noch machen, dass ich die richtige Lizenz freigeschaltet bekomme?

Set Reminder Option for e-sign
Have the Set Reminder Option when sending for e-sign at the first pop up window. (Other than having to go to "More Options" to choose from. Or an option to turn on/off this feature as a default.

Mouse scroll - limited adobe doc cloud functionality
Adobe - why on earth when I use my mouse wheel to scroll down on my list of documents in adobe doc cloud or in bookmarks in a document does the system fail? I have to refresh to get the list back. It is ridiculous. Mouse scrolling is ubiquitous.
There does not seem to be anyway to scroll down bookmarks as there is not even a sidebar slider.1 vote -

Deceiving practices of charging customers - Termination fee for canceling on
absolute rip off - charged for an early termination fee of $54.00 for ending my "monthy/yearly" plan that I have been paying $13.99 monthly for - the wording of your terms and conditions are overwhelming with convoluted jargon. I canceled due to finances and budget and now will stay canceled - I have canceled many products and subscriptions - this is the first time I have been charged for canceling on a monthly plan that apparently is also a yearly plan that I had this great discount. Awesome job - way to squeeze more out of my account.

Password protection may not be working properly
I have set a password for the web form that needs to be signed. However, when I use the links provided in the "Share the URL" section, I can access the web form from a different browser or in incognito mode without needing the password, even when I'm logged out.
On the other hand, when I try to access the form from the dashboard while logged in, it prompts me for the password. I believe this behavior should be reversed.

As for the behavior, this is expected since a web form is a type of document that is intended to be available for anyone with access to the URL, and the password set in the compose page should be to keep the information secure only for the account owner. We can see this step as another security gate.
You can always use the tool Request e-Signatures and add a password for the participants.

Is it possible to change the verbiage in the blue button at the bottom of the document that pops up to complete the process that states CLICK AND SIGN? It appears to be duplicative as the signature portion prior states the same thing. Please consider something like COMPLETE or SUBMIT. Thank you.

TOO MANY POPUPS!!!
Adobe is so far over the top with helpful popups and tryme come ons that I have stopped using it and switched to NitroPDF, which lets ME choose whether I need all that help or not. My staff still use Adobe because I haven't given them a choice yet. If I am paying for Acrobat PRO could you at least provide an option in Preference to turn off the tips and advertisements or at least let me say "Don't show this again"?

Need to insert text and the app will not let me
it just will not let me insert any text. Every time I try to do it I get an error 3000. Need help, please.

e-signature glitch
The e-signature thing has been glitchy. Today it started blacking out the panel for signature options after I added some signature info. If I save the doc and reopen the doc I can send.

complain improvement
Hello, I am using Adobe Reader and Editor in a corporate setting.
I am finding very time consuming that Adobe is asking for a password continuosly. I have even started to look for alternative software to read PDFs, despite I use adobe for +20 years.
I hope you can correct this issue soon as the continuous password pop-up every, time I initiate the software is annoying.
