THis has been useless. Before I could upload and share a link. Now it won't upload or timeout. I have to find another way to find my large art files.

the converting tool from pdf to excel ist useless because the result is e.g. that dates are converted in characters an not in numbers!!!!

Unable to read pdf from documentcloud.adobe.com account
I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.
I have a message o the following effect
"Please wait...if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."
(but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

I do not find your latest UX/UI update to be an improvement. What is better about it? I am lost by things being moved.
I am constantly lost with this re-design. I can't figure out how to send the most basic things. I have saved templates with custom text. Where did that go?

Widgets?
Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.
Please bring widgets back or make it easier to create a new one, because I can't seem to figure out how to do that!1 vote -
Terrible UPDATE
When looking what still pending signature, I can only do this for about 10 minute before it times out then have to log out and back in again. This is ridiculous, why can this not just be refreshed??? I have tried different browsers and incognito mode in case it was the extensions and this still is not working as it should be!!

Upload for signed agreement/Persistent Filters/Allow to revert
Please allow to revert to previous experience.
Also I'm missing the ability to upload a separately signed agreement.
The filters are not persistent.

Cancel My Service! Or go back to old UI
Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

Form and Sign Functionality does not work
The functionality for creating forms on my desktop or online does not work! Tried different browsers (Google and Chrome) and still no joy. I'm paying for this a functionality that I cannot use. It is clunky, slow and whirls away not doing anything.

add signer column in For Signature tab
It would be really helpful in the "Sign Agreements" section to have a column for signer so I can see which signers have yet to sign without having to open the document. I have quite a few signers that have to sign their version of the standard document and can't currently show who is who.

Cannot Upload Files
Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

Downloading (saving & prinitng) probems with Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud.
HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.

Allow users to organize and delete files
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.
PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?
You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?
