For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Hi, My name is Judith. I have a file that i need to delete permanently and I can not do it. I need help. It contains information of students and it is not safe to have it in this account. Please help me delete it permanently. The name of the file is the death of the salesman. It has all the emails of people added to it. Not good. Email me at sdccdcollege@yahoo.com with instructions on how to delete the file permanently and all my files as well. I also want to make sure no one can retreave the file…

    Hi Judith,

    To delete any file:

    1) Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

    2) select the file you want to delete. You will see a board will oepn on right hand side having delete option.

    3) Select delete and a confirmation dialog will open up.

    4) Select delete again and file would be deleted permanently


    To delete multiple files, first, choose all the files you wish to remove and then click on the delete option located in the right-hand side panel. Please be aware that you cannot delete shared and personal files simultaneously. However, you can delete all shared files at once and likewise for personal files.

  4. Why is Adobe Acrobat Sign not working? For two days now I have been trying to send a document for signing, and I get a red box flash up saying "sorry, something went wrong".

  5. Your customer service is horrible.

    Eliminate DUMB RULES (you can't use a previously used email address for an Adobe account).

    My Adobe email account has been compromised, and I am closing it; why is this such a huge ordeal for Adobe?

    Adobe has lost a customer for life; I will never do business with you again.

  6. Hello, I don't understand why you should be forcing people to use your service. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it 3 days after I realized the feature I wanted was not available. Please remove my card from your system and stop bugging me.

  7. Improve your saving of files and pdfs because
    every time I log back on something never saves and even if I make a copy to safe my other, the copy misses words making me have to redo my work everything, trash website 1/100000000000 can't even do something so simple

  9. There's something weird going on with comments. I will try to reply to a comment or make a comment and a red pop up saying "we could not post your comment" comes up. Every time I try to click on the screen more of them pop up and it gets really annoying.

  10. Adobe keeps stalling and crashing , need to reinstall at least once every two weeks .

    is there way of ensuring request for sign off goes to the email recieptants in box and not junkmail/spam .

  12. Ich möchte die Vorgängerversion wieder retour, Ich habe diese App nicht veräbdert und kann jetzt nichts kopieren , zurücksetzen lässt sich das auch nicht. So kann ich nur ein bisschen was ansehen , Bin mit den neuen Version absolout nicht zufrieden. Mfg Robert Gleiss

  14. Acrobat reader is hard to find and download. I can no longer afford acrobat subscription and now my pdf s are unreadable.
    The extremely aggressive sales loups are frustrating and alienating.

  16. I THINK I AM GOING TO PUBLISH THIS PUBLICLY...
    EVERY TIME I open a document now, it automatically opens it in Adobe and then wants me to start my free trial of Acrobat or Pro version. It has my user account icon lit at the top right of page. so as soon as I X out of the offer, it closes my .... document! I have to reopen my account and ACCESS MY SERVICES!!! and then upload my downloaded files or open my saved cloud files... It never used to do this! I have had an ongoing subscription for years!…

  17. The new signing feature is very poor and not instinctual. Sometimes I just cannot get the signature fields right and I have no idea why it works sometimes and other time it does not. I have provided this feedback before and had not response. We are about to adopt a firmwide solution which originally going to be Adobe but I am thinking of ditching Adobe. Used to be a very good and easy feature

  19. Terrible user experience. Options and navigation make no sense. Agreements glitch out half the time and can't be recovered or used to edit a new version of the existing form. Unable to perform simple actions, can't even simply copy text in PDF. How is any of this hitting the low bar for not stupid.

  20. After asking a question about a document. It provided an answer and sources. The sources linked to the part in the file and highlighted the area. This is wonderful! What is not wonderful, is there's no way to save the file with this information. When I save the file, it doesn't have the areas highlighted any longer. When I save a copy of the transcript, there are no superscript numbers with links. I would like to be able to save the file with the changes that were made during the chat I had with the AI assistant.
