For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I can no longer delete a document that was meant to be sent for signature but is still in draft mode that I now need to cancel. The only options in the side panel are "Notes" and "Download Audit Report". There is no "Cancel" option.

    I have also lost the ability to edit my document templates that are older than 30 days. They just don't appear when I go to the "Sign Templates" page. Where are they? How can I get them back?

  2. It is obvious that there is overwhelming, unanimous, disapproval of the new Adobe Sign layout. I have yet to see a positive comment regarding the new layout.

    Adobe, for once, can you please accept the customer feedback proclaimed so loudly across these boards and let us go back to the old version/view? At least give us the option to do so and you can continue testing this new style for those that actually want it.

    You tried and you meant well, but it was not received well, to say the least. If you can revert, we can forgive.

  3. Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.

    This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.

    Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

  4. The program seems to have completely changed from a few weeks ago. The new interface is not as user friendly. In addition, in the past version when files were uploaded for signature, there was not issue with using pages that were both landscape and portrait. This new version cuts off parts of the image instead - this needs to be fixed as it is a huge flaw. If it used to do it - it should still be able to do it.

    I also no longer see a manage page and have to enter each agreement to see it's status.…

I've already spoken with someone in customer service via phone, but I just wanted to make it very clear that it is simply embarrassing for a company as large as Adobe to have shipped this completely broken update to Sign/Document Cloud. Clearly little to no QA was done with this product as anyone who uses this on a semi-regular basis would see that access to templates had been extremely limited (or simply removed entirely). I have never been this frustrated with Adobe, seriously, this was a MAJOR ***** up on the part of your engineering team, and if another issue…

  6. The new update hinders my experience and makes it harder to navigate through Adobe Sign. The singed and unsigned documents are no longer seperated and I can no longer search through my documents. I also can't find my templates in this new update as well. Please fix this issue as it is no longer helpful with this new update.

  10. YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

  13. I can't find documents already signed. I had some documents in the previous version i need to download. I can't find those. Also where would I find signed documents in the future.

    The previous version also let me resent or sent a reminder. How do I do that now?

  15. Extremely difficult to navigate and understand this new Adobe Sign layout. Cannot select more than one agreement for bulk actions. Cannot find a way to delete drafts. When filtering by Status it seems to be in a random order. I relied on Adobe's last layout to give me quick and reliable information on what has been signed and what is pending. This is very disappointing from such large company with a large user base. No warning about a change and no way to see the old layout. Please change back to the old layout ASAP.

  16. The previous layout allow me to easily view and see which contracts were drafts, sent for signature and signed in different tabs on the page. I am very unhappy after logging in today and seeing a completely different layout. This is not user friendly at all please give an option to return to the previous format ASAP.

  17. The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

  19. Cambiaron la version y ya no cuento con el tablero de control, no puedo hacer recordatorios de los documentos, de una primera vista no puedo visualizar los doucumentos, la version esta muy pobre, eliminaron muchas funcionalidades....en lugar de mejorar la empeoraron muchísimo.

  20. All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.
