For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Need a way to view PDFs and their folders

    Is there a way that I can see a list of my PDFs and their folders? My workflow is to scan a bunch of papers and then move them to the folder they belong in. But I need to be able to see all this info simultaneously to identify PDFs not moved to a folder.

  5. Ridiculous--Out of Touch- Overpaid - Loss of functionality

    OMG!!! Why did you change this!!!! This new format is the freaking worst and I hate it. It was so easy before....This makes me want to cry. CHANGE IT BACK. Whatever idiot decided to change to this new format has no clue about what customers need. I would rather print and sign and send to my customer and have them sign and send it back.....Stupid stupid stupid

  7. Filing cabinet

    Alphabetic to numeric order; single, double, triple, quadruple, right to left order.
    A more holistic approach, of course using advanced western, herbal, and plant based diet.

  9. bad experience with password, and nearly every time I use your website

    Congratulations! You just made me waste 30 minutes of my valuable time just to reset a password.

    This kind of nonsense is going to push me to another PDF program if you don't make this easier and less of a GD nuisance!

  13. More languages

    I would like the Files converter tools (PDF to Word) to to be available for more languages such as Thai. Due to myself using Thai languages a lot and I just subscribe because I thought Thai is available as well.

  20. signed security

    It would be nice if a signed document could be added to. Fo example, I have a learning plan that gets graded and commented at midterm, then again at finals. So the midterm info could be locked with the first signature, then the final info could be added at a later date and then locked with the final signature
