For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. The E-sign feature is not working this morning. You could edit document but can't actually send for signature the "button" to continue after you add message to send is not there.

  7. AdobeSign update has created bugs:
    1) Changing a field to a 'date' field crashes and resets the form.
    2) Client cannot see first page of pdf to sign, either in browser or in Adobe Acrobat.

    This software is currently not in a useable condition.

  8. Hi there,

    Ever since the update, the comb fields no longer work. This is becoming very problematic. For some reason they appear when I edit the template (top picture of attachment), but as soon as the template is being prepared for sending, they disappear (bottom picture of attachment). Please fix!!!!

  10. THIS IS HORRIBLE!! the new updates that you made to esign are TERRIBLE it makes it almost impossible to use. I have been sending all of my contracts with adobe for the last 4 years for my business and now I am about to look for a new product. Why did you change this? it was great the way it was.

  11. For Adobe Sign
    When creating a document to sign you cannot edit recipients after the initial stage. This has been a problem in our firm when we realize an additional signer is needed. We need to start from scratch when this happens which is a huge inconvenience.

    Hi Brianna Tipping,

    We are sorry you're having troubles with our updates, and we will look into this. If it's possible, could you please provide more details on the problems you're experiencing? For example how long have you been seeing this issue, the files you're using, or the steps you're following. In order to add recipients while you already started to prepare the document, while on Modern E-Sign, on Left Hand Panel, at the top of it, click on EDIT, the Recipient Modal will be displayed and you'll be able to add more recipients. 

    Hopefully this information helps you. Let us know if you still have troubles.

  15. Sending links to customers has been a very unreliable method on Adobe - I was excited not to use my dropbox as I thought Adobe would be more professional.
    Disappointed! It either won't give me the link - or I get the link and then it says unavailable. So it's not uploading them - can't use it when it's unreliable.

  16. No matter what I do no document will open there is something wrong with this program being used with a chromebook. This is the only way I can prepare documents for my volunteer work and I pay a monthly subscription that is inoperable.

  17. How can you improve? REVERT TO LEGACY FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM.
    The update is horrible - it is no longer intuitive, and SEVERAL functions I used frequently are no longer available. The Help just flatly doesn't help at all. Some of the "improvements" (seriously? moving things from one side of the screen to the other?) were obviously poorly thought out.
    Have I made it clear enough that I don't like the new version? If not, on a scale of 1-10, it gets a big fat ZERO.
    PLEASE REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION, OR AT LEAST PROVIDE A WAY FOR USERS…

  19. Hello,

    Often when I go to sign something I get an error saying I need to reload the document and then when I do, all of the data is gone from not saving. This happens to me on 60% or more of the documents I sign and it's becoming quite frustrating.
