Adobe Sign Error - Cannot Open Signed Docs
Cannot open signed Adobe Sign documents. It is telling the file is corrupt for every document in the account. This is not correct and is clearly an error within the Adobe system. It just started happening this week.

Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it?
It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.

glitch on esign feature
when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch

Thank you for your feedback. Are you still experiencing the issue? Does it happen to all of your documents or just particular ones? Are they uploaded by you or shared by others?
If this only happens to certain documents, would you be able to share some with us so we can investigate?

Estoy usando este excelente producto, pero en las actuales circunstancias, no lo requiero para negocio, sino ocasionalmente para editar algun documento, principalmente por ahorro de papel, porque lo he hecho a la antigua; imprimiendo, cambiando (agregando oo borrando y volviendo a scanear, pero se utiliza de mi parte mucho papel, es posible para por cada utiliacion, sean una o dos por mes. Greedy Device Policy
Your policy of 2 devices per Acrobat Pro license is disgustingly greedy and completely out of sync with the industry at large. Who the **** uses only two compute devices today ? I use three computers, two iPads and my phone. I constantly have to log into my Dashlane password manager that works flawlessly to get into your site on Chrome when I might buy something but when I try and access a file because I want to open it I have to cut and past e my email and password into the forms so I can disable one of…

Shared review filters flawed
Why can't I filter out resolved comments in shared review? the only filter choice SHOWS all resolved when I'd rather do the opposite. I'd rather hide all the resolved comments (Like you can do in the desktop app)
and why are the two so different? Adobe you've really gone downhill.

They will NOT honor "Locked in" Pricing
I renewed my account back in January and was told at that time that the price would be $9.99 / month for 12 months. However, I was charged $19.99 this month (4 months later) and when I sent a chat asking about this, I was told all prices were increased. The deal I was given back in January was the $9.99 / month would be locked in for 12 months. However, they will no longer honor that. Would recommend everyone look at other software as telling people a price is good for 12 months only to double the price 4…

mla formate needs to be fixed
missing elements of MLA structure at the top of the paper such as the title needs to be changed to times new roman. Also, missing the place where ur name and date go.

lost all my progress
So I just spent three hours making my CV, when i clicked save as, the app in the browser stopped working. So I clicked F5 to refresh the page and lost all of my progress. Is there any way to recover the file? I am so ******* ****** off.

Compress PDF Function Not Working
The Compress PDF function is not working. It will attempt to upload the document but stop at the same number every time I try to refresh and reupload. Please fix!! Need this function to work.

Your plan is a scam
Your new version of Acrobat Pro is absolute JUNK! I now see that I will be charged $109 if I cancel my plan, I was not aware of this but rest assured, you may continue to get my $19.95 per month but I will NEVER use another plan of yours. I will not even use this new version. I will go back to using my XI Pro that I've used and enjoyed for many years. So sorry this application has gone to the dogs!
You have destroyed my ability to convert PDF to Word. I have a premium plan at $54+ per month and as of today I am continually asked automatically by Adobe to sign up for another $19 per month for cloud options. I have no desire to have the option to the cloud and need to be able to use my account right now!
Guess I will have to cancel everything! So sad!
