Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Make it simpler. Please. You have wonderful products. Dealing with what you have here is like going to Macy's for a specific shoe or dress, and having some charming sales person drag you all around the enormous complex, introducing you to everything the store offers - until all I want to do is get out and fill out documents with a pen.

  2. there is a bug with the webpage: it changed to German -a language I do not understand- and I cannot figure out how to go back to English.
    I simply cannot use it.

  6. I am unable to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on the desktop. After the program is downloaded, it fails to open and install. I have all trouble shooting methods mentioned on your help page. Kindly suggest.
    I liked the DC Pro and am thinking of taking annual subscription. However, if i am unable to install it on Desktop, i'll cancel immediately.

  7. The new home screen is terrible! Put it back the way it was. It was just getting better - with the reminders option popping up right after sending the form - and now you have to dig through layers of menu to get to even send a form out to sign. This is dumb. You're going backwards!

  8. Consider adding the "Enhance Scans" option to the Document Cloud web UI in order for users to create scans while on-the-go and do not have access to either Acrobat Pro DC or the Adobe Scan mobile app.

  9. Very poor to use. Trying to edit a pdf and it's very hard to find the tools to do that. I will be cancelling my subscription

  10. Please add a way to dismiss the box saying "Welcome to the new experience for managing your signature agreements. Learn more about this new experience."
    It has been months now. It is no longer new. I get it. Please go away.

  11. You can't delete multiple review files at once. If you click one's check box it gives you an option to delete off to the right side. If you click another one that goes away and says "we can't combine, export, or create new files from shared items at this time" I'm just trying to delete them. It's a pain to delete so many at once and I don't want to clear all of them either.

  12. I met with a customer who noticed that the Shared for Review list under Home, shows both reviews that she shared and those she received. She asked for an easier way to separate those views.

  13. Many times when I log in and go to the For Signature tab and try to get the Adobe Sign Manage screen to come up it opens the exact same screen within a screen over and over....Happens all the time sometimes to the point that I can't get to the correct screen to do my work

  14. Con el cambio de versión es lo más poco funcional que cada vez que firmas un documento o revisas algún documento. Tengas que volver a firmarte: cuando tienes el tiempo encima eso no funciona . La consola anterior de documentos era mucho mejor, dividido por secciones de tipo de documento. Como esta actualmente no se pueden visualizar todos, no funciona.

  15. Him the new interface is really confusing.
    - It's hard to find and manage my templates
    - It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
    - In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
    - It's not clear who the document was sent to

    Please don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

  17. I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Previously, I could literally press 2 buttons and it'd be on it's way. What used to take 15 seconds, now takes 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've…
