For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. bad product all around

    Such a problematic cloud storage system... here are my reasons for abandoning adobe document cloud... never to use as core storage again.

    1. can't share folders - wow!
    2. no recovery for accidental deletes - wow!
    3. bulk downloads are so restrictive for size - wow!
    4. limited integrations to google / one drive - wow!

    So 90's in mentality...

  3. CMYK preview needed!

    The PDF proof I have on my hard drive appears to be in CMYK mode, whether it is or not - that's how it looks in Acrobat DC on my Mac. But I tested the Share function in the app by sending to my own email, so now I'm in my browser, looking at the proof I sent myself. And it all looks great, except completely wrong! That is, the colors are wrong. I'm looking at what looks like photos in RGB, but this should be CMYK. Isn't there a way to approximate CMYK in this web app where proofs…

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

  5. Date and Time

    There is no way to check the date and time I shared a file with a receipient. I would say this is fundamental information.

  6. Adobe PDF

    Adobe cloud need to have an option to block download and print. This is to make the shared file view only. Please make this feature available soon.

  7. Fix it!!

    You seem to have changed my plan so I can't send files the way I did in the past. You no longer allow a file to be sent to me or create a link for download

  8. Suggested improvements for Adobe Cloud

    Hello Adobe Team,
    Several suggestions or wish list for improvement.
    Ability to upload and share .dwg, .dxf, .kml, .kmz formats.
    Ability to share a folder instead just 1 document or file.

  12. Things I miss in the updated version of PDF sharing

    Not sure why you took away the blue DONE button or why I can't see the drop-down menu of page numbers at the bottom of page so I can easily jump to other pages instead of scrolling, but can you bring both of those features back?

  14. Device limitations

    The device limitation is not suitable for an agency that utilizes multiple devices. Whoever I spoke with said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem.

    We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time without kicking people/devices off.

    1) Share the screenshot or description of what exact issue you're facing.

    2) If you want that more than two people can view PDF at same time, please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:

    • Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    • Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    • You can use any of the two options to share your file to others.

    1. Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    2. Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    3. You can use any of the two options to share your file to others. Please check attached screenshot for possible options.
    4. Notes added to the file would be visible after sharing as well.

  18. collaboration and sharing

    Provide users with the ability to share the contents of an entire folder. This is very important in business and government to be able to give a manager/supervisor permissions to view and comment on the entire contents of a folder.

  19. Comments disappeared from shared PDF

    I made comments before sharing this document and now the comments have disappeared. I can still see the highlights in the page thumbnails on the left, but they're not showing up on the actual pages.

  20. Can't simply upload and share docs

    I can't tell you how much trouble I have navigating the Acrobat UI in order to simply upload and share documents. I'm an Adobe employee and an MIT graduate and I find these things nearly impossible to figure out in either the Acrobat app or the Acrobat site. I want to do what I could easily do with Adobe Send: (a) create a folder, (b) upload several docs into the folder, (c) select the docs I want to share externally, preferably as a link in one email.
