I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.
I have a message o the following effect
if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."
(but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )6 votes
HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.27 votes

I've got to tell you that I do not like your new pdf viewer. When all you want to do is read a pdf, you've just got too much stuff in the way. I had to switch to usiong Google Chrome instead. It provides a clean view of the files without all of the unnecessary junk. Sorry. But I think you should just go back to the basic reader you had so long ago.3 votes
Why can I print from Adobe document stupid cloud. I should of never updated. When I do print half the pages is missing . Wish I could go back to old version without an update Also when I want to send a email I would like to go thru google email .7 votes
We cannot attach this document in our agency management system as we could when the document was a pdf on an email.
How can we solve this without converting the document and then attaching? This is too many steps for the amount of documents we handle.3 votes
