For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. This new "Experience" is the absolute worse version of Acrobat I have worked with. I have lost all of my quick access tools (tried to re-create but I cannot add all the ones I had). Everything is flipped from right to left and left to right. It looks like a product that was just upgraded from DOS.

  7. Recent development of Adobe Acrobat is awful, saving works only 1 time out of 7. Can not oven covert, the button is here but does not do anything, just a frozen screen. Totally unpredictable, I have chosen the directory, and suddenly it just does not work, and I need to repeat. It seems like constant glitch. I had used the previous version, always worked perfectly, this one is like unfinished faulty one.

  8. Regarding submitting a webform:

    Please, please, please, provide an option to save the form before it is sent by the user.

    We have had two forms not come through due to a user mistake. The form is lost unless a copy is made.

  9. Since a computer update recently, I am no longer able to print PDFs. That means no PayPal or bank statements, among others.
    I usually get the message that PDF printing is not supported. I am supposed to download the file and print using Acrobat Reader. Well, it is already IN Reader. HELP!

  10. YOUR APP IS AWFUL. PLEASE GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSIONS. I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY OF THE FUNCTIONALITY I HAD BEFORE. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TRYING TO FIND ANY OTHER WAY TO WORK ON DOCUMENTS NOW.

  11. The latest changes that fundamentally changed its design is the worst thing you could have done to the amazing software that it was. It is so difficult to nevigate through it since it changed everything. Now I cannot add initials for a service agreement by clicking on the option for it to be included in evry page which was the case in the original design, this new one does not give this option and I have to add 20+ initials on each page, arghhhhhh. Seriously can you bring the old version. I do not consent to being upgraded to this…

  14. 1) when adding a comment & using the @ button to remove formatting, entering a space in the text before the @ that you have added (which is a nuisance) move the cursor to after the @ sign, so you cannot add continuing text
    2) program randomly shifts so that scroll only goes to top & bottom of pages rather than allowing scroll throughout a page; the only apparent fix for this is to exit & reopen the program
    3) when using the search function & stopping to make a change, then going back to search, the search goes back…

  19. The Acrobat quit unexpectedly so far, is caused by having selecting "PDF Thumbnail Preview and or selecting the Preflight function within Acrobat Pro. I deactivated them and have not had the problem recur. Those functions are nice to have so I expect Adobe to look into what is causing this annoying pop that some time locks up my system.
