Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now

I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes
For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!

How to drag and drop to another browser app
Is there a way to drag a file from Document Cloud and drop to another browser application? I'm trying to eliminate the step of having to download the file.

Bad web page design
I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

Terrible new layout
The change over is completely terrible. Navigation is horrible. Nothing is located conveniently. Takes forever to find things. Wish it would go back to the way it was

New Website Design
Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
- Out for signature
- Cancelled
- Signed agreements
If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…2 votes -

Can I go back to the previous version of the website? This new one is harder to use.

Inefficient
Can't view participant without opening- which is useless when you use templates.
Template Library is not accessible unless you manually search for it.
There is no way to effectively edit, resend, or manage the documents anymore.
The inefficient changes are enough to look at other services that provide ease of use along with functionality. Don't want to got that route, but this is a productivity killer.

ALL FILES BEFORE JULY 12 ARE MISSING????
All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

I am a 60 y.o. human, my eyesigh is deteriorating and it impossible to for me to read a pdf or word from in my phone and when I have to read the part that says that I read it. Every pdf and word for I have to conver to epub in order to read.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
I just signed a document and clicked on the "you can download..." Instead of the document, I am redirected to your "Hi Nora" page. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE... This never happened to me with the other platforms that offer similar services such as DOCUSIGN... Hope you will be able to fix this asap.

Stop app hanging! PLEASE!
PLEASE stop Acrobat PRO DC and PhotoShop from hanging everytime I launch the programs. This never happened earlier. Now I have to launch, quit (before it hangs) and repeat several times (like a warm up) before I use either app.
