  1. Limiting the file size on esign documents way down from what it was before hinders my productivity. I hate the new esign and want classic to return. I send large files for purposes of creating an auditing paper trail for a state university that require backup documentation to be included. The newly redesigned product does not do what it needs to do, and I am going to encourage the university to look into other esign programs going forward to use once the license expires. This sucks.

  4. Showing the wrong receiver name
I found a bug at the adobe acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is changing the user name on consent form...

I've filed a consent to L. S., but after sending it, Adobe is showing it as W.S. at the documents page, but when you go to check the file it shows a different name.

Would it have any issues on the document signature and name displayed in the document?

  6. Adobe sign literally just does not work half the time now. It's useless and our company is going to change to another service instead as a result. All of your recent updates have caused a myriad of bugs and none of them have been addressed despite giving feedback multiple times. Maybe it would be smart to focus on ensuring that your core services continue to work as intended instead of offering me AI tools that I don't want or need and are frankly useless when your base services don't work anyway.

    Hi Bethany,

We really appreciate your feedback and are working hard to improve the app with recurring updates. However, it is important to mention that parallel signing is available in the most recent version of the application. To enable this feature, you can use the following instructions:

    1. Start Request E-Signature workflow with any valid file

    2. On Add Recipient modal, uncheck the "Recipients must sign in order" checkbox. This will enable Parallel signing

Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments regarding this or any other feature of our app.

  8. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

  10. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

  12. I use features from the classic version such as file attachment, that are not currently available on this version. On the new version we cannot cc a person until the end of the process, but on the classic version we can cc someone at the beginning. We lose the ability to cc someone immediately upon switching from the new to classic. Can the cc option be available to us at the beginning of the process on the new version?

I'm also having issues with the signature lines getting moved to a different location on the form after it is signed…

  13. This version of Adobe E-Sign sucks. How do I go back to the old version where things just worked?

Adobe now balloons up files and then limits the amount for Adobe E-sign. It used to just work. I would question anyone's sanity if they recommended this iteration of Adobe.

  14. I use this tool to create and edit PDFs and collect e-signatures using "Create Web Form" and "Request E-Signatures." Adobe seems to get more complicated and more difficult to use. A few specific complaints:
    (1) stop with all the interruptions about your new features. I don't want to take tours and learn about new features. I don’t need to learn how to edit a PDF. I don’t want to watch videos about Adobe. I have work to do and you're getting in my way.
    (2) I pay for this, it's buggy, it crashes. I just had to uninstall and re-install…

  15. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

The update, which seems to be merely a cosmetic facelift, has drastically reduced the tool's efficiency. For a company with…

  19. Since the update, signatures and dates are not appearing in the spots they're supposed to be, or where the blanks appear to be before the form is sent for e-signature. Usually the signature/date is higher than the blank line, appearing in the form writing.
