Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Your e-sign process could use some updating. I have documents that I need two people to sign (spouses) but only one email address. I should be able to assign each signature request to a specific person (like docu-sign allows) to make this part of your sofware more user friendly.

  6. The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

    Thank you for contacting us. We are glad to inform that dark mode is already available in Acrobat Web. Please find below steps to enable dark mode. 

    • Go to Profile and open settings
    • On the setting pop up, scroll down to see the Appearance setting. Please check attached screenshot
    • Select the value to Dark and click on Save.

  9. You stopped supporting the upload of files with the extension JPEG. When I renamed the same file to the extension 'jpg' it worked fine. Please fix this. The default extension for iphone photos is JPEG, it's critical you support these so I can photograph documents and turn the photos into a PDF.

  10. Why is there a 500 page limit for processing?

    I went to www.ilovepdf.com and was able to extract pages from a 570 page PDF. And everything else about the experience was better as well: no login required, faster upload, more intuitive UI, and no annoying page limit.

  11. Ik heb nu 10 maanden van mijn jaarabonnement erop zitten en nu kan ik geen jpg naar pdf converteren omdat ik zogenaamd inlog met een proefversie..... Ik heb niets veranderd maar ineens lijkt het erop dat ik geen abonnement meer heb.

  12. Wow, you guys really suck. You say you give a free converter that will convert a jpg to pdf and you let me convert two, then asked me to sign up for an account to continue. You ask the really abusive question of what is my birthday, then as soon as I give you all my information, I still can't convert anymore files unless I pay. Total scam artists don't win customers.

  13. I have no options to preview pdf documents anymore, also, there is no options menu, just a indefinitely spinning wheel after clicking on 3 dots icon for more document options.

    Tried multiple browsers, and macs, wont help.

  18. Impossible to download or view the pdf uploaded on Adobe Acrobat, that's quite incredible to see that the most basic feature doesn't work and that I should go on a free alternative to reacht he desired output.
