For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Using Adobe Acrobat web. Whenever I load a pdf that I had been previously reading, it loads the page that I last left on, then in 5-10 seconds, it changes pages automatically and jumps ahead by a significant number of pages. It behaves almost like there's a page syncing issue that it doesn't realize it has the correct page already loaded from my previous reading session then tries to update the page forward, erroneously.

  3. There is a problem with uploading file when it is being dragged and dropped into the edit field. I can only upload a file by clicking edit on my recent downloads that are found towards the bottom of the page.

  5. I know that in some of your apps there is the capability to prioritize the most frequently used fonts. This would be very helpful in Acrobat as well. I am not a heavy user and only occasionally modify PDF files. But when I do, it would be nice to either not look at dozens of fonts, some in languages I don't speak, by being able to hide them, or at least be able to have the fonts I use most listed first.

  6. I would like the ability to change the default page view settings when opening a pdf in Adobe Acrobat Online, which I understand is the same product as Adobe Document Cloud.

    The home page of the online app that I am referring to is: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?x_api_client_id=edge_extension_viewer

    I want to change to Fit One Full Page (or Single Page View + Zoom to page level)
    I have a DC Pro for Teams licence.

    Hi Celine,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We do allow conversion of PPT to PDF with file size upto 100 MB. Acrobat Web dont allow to convert for more than 100 MB file.
    In future, if we will increase this limit, we will let you know.

  17. When I try and send docs for signing, I get the following message: Access token provided is invalid or has expired. I have a paid subscription and should be able access this service. I recently downgraded from a Business Package and am wondering if this has anything to do with it (same email address)

  18. Your compress options on this tool are backwards - when I compress with "High compression low quality", I get a larger file than when I compress with "low compression high quality" which is backwards.

  19. I am not using this plan enough to justify this monthly fee.
    I was not able to find how to cancel my plan online.
    I was not able to reach anyone at the phone number listed on this monthly charge.

    PLEASE stop charging my Credit card for this monthly plan.
