For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    We identified and corrected an issue that was affecting uploads of large files.

  2. I don't like the new format. I used to be able to see how many were out pending signature. Is there a way to do that now? If so, it needs to be easier to find. Also, previously I could replace a signer. I can't locate how to do that with the updates.

  3. Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.

    The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents.   6. How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

  9. Every time you make a change to Adobe Sign it becomes less and less user friendly.
    It is now practically unusable and we will be looking to move to a different provider at the end of our contract unless it is rectified to be user friendly. We have been with you for years, but this is just impossible to work with.
    Just go back to the original format, it was easy, convenient, quick and simple to use. All you have done is make it worse with every update.
    Or give people the option to use the classic mode, as default.…

  11. I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.

    This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.

    Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.

  15. Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

  18. More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

  19. Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

  20. You can get it to work. Your support team where on my PC for 2 hours today. and they said the online version works and it doesn't. I still can not send anything out for signature to clients. I have had enough.
