Please cancel my subscription - I have tried numerous attempts to do this however there is no way to actually contact Adobe, just a series of links to online communities to 'support'. There is no option for this in my profile - very frusterating
I have a charge on my credit card from Adobe. I have never authorized this or any transaction. Please cancel and account you show for me and refund the charge. Lawrence Ja

Please cancel my subscription to Acrobat DC. I have entered my cancellation in several places but it is very difficult to find out if it is being acknowledged. Please respond to firstname.lastname@example.org that my subscription has been canceled.
