Change back to previous layout
I Absolutely hate this layout... We have been using it but it is such a time consumer. Software is supposed to allow you to access your information in the fastest and most intuitive way possible this is not it. Let me prove it. When you log in what do you customers want... First they want to see everything they sent off , anything that is waiting for them, and all of their templates so they don't have to go clicking around to find it. Do you know I have been on here for 15 minutes and I cannot find my templates to send off to someone... There is something really wrong here. When you had the previous dashboard it was simple and user friendly. Trust me I'm not a better is worse type of guy I love updates, I use all the new software but this one fell short... Way short after rummaging through things I can get to the right screen so I can work effectively but why not give us what we need. I have 13 people on my team and they all are very angry with Adobe sign... These are techies not grandmas... You have a problem here. Clearly I would not be taking the time to write all of this out if it was not a good use of my time. Consider that I would rather give you feed back than go send off 5 new contracts with clients... Because I am hopeful that you will give me a way to use your software faster for the future... Your layout is literally our achilles heel.
Here is my cell phone I would be happy to help you, but better yet here is the easiest fix... Just put all of the Quick start at the top of the old screen where it shows you everything... DONE and DONE you have literally saved my team over 28 hours a year per employee. It takes 3.2 minutes each time we log into adobe sign to get to our screen where everything is we log in on average 7 times per day... and I have a team of 13 so 1715 minutes, / 60 minutes * 13 Employees = 371.58 lost hours of productivity because you changed our screen I was wondering why I had to hire a new team member... YOUR SOFTWARE COST US 42K in additional labor force . OUCH please fix this. Now you can see why I am writing this . Thank you for your consideration. DOUG
