Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

  3. How do I see a list of my documents out for signature that are pending? This new re-design is horrible - I can't find anything anymore! BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN!!!

  4. Would be very helpful to be able to send the signature request via text message link, so that customer gets a text alert message and opens link into the e-sign website.

  5. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

  7. I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

  10. I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.

    This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.

    Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.

    Apologies for reverting status back to Under Review, after carefully reviewing your comment I think you are looking for past reminders sent in History tab, we still don’t have this feature and have provided feedback to our team to look into this

  13. Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

  15. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    ich habe ein Abo für Adobe Acrobar Pro. Dennoch ist es nicht möglich, E-Signaturen einzuholen. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "You arenot authorized to send documents for signature". Unser Admin sagt, er kann für unsere Accounts keine dedizierte Einstellung dafür machen. Unsere Accounts sind aktiviert oder deaktiviert. Meiner ist aktiviert. Dennoch funktioniert das Einholen von E-Signaturen nicht. Bitte helfen Sie mir, dieses Problem zu lösen.

  18. When viewing an Activity for a document that is Out for Signature, the activity list does not show the Reminders that have also been sent. The activity list is misleading and incomplete.

  19. Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

  20. It would be great to see if the signee has read or opened the envelope. This information is crucial in getting documents signed or better yet, to at least provide sender info that it didn't just go anywhere. Please create this feature as the other competitor is already doing this.
