Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Have a human available. I've been trying to see if an email i rec'd was a scam or not and your virtual assistant didn't have a clue how to help answer this. a human would not have cost me 15 minutes in my day. awful service. SO if you intend to charge me $325 today, don't. I didn't authorize it and I think it's a scam (this came via email) but I can't confirm since you don't offer a human.

  3. I am really deeply frustrated with your product.

    1) Despite purchasing access to Adobe I am forced to close pop-ups regularly.
    2) There is nothing intuitive about using the product. I have to search and ponder for how to do something with a file or upload a file and the help button is of no use. For instance type upload file into the help and you get a thousand possible answers all for the problems I don't have.

  6. Many problems lately:
    1. I rename a document to remove a SIN number before sending it out to be signed, and after hitting send it reverted back to the original file name sharing sensitive information! Happened multiple times.
    2. I send a document out to be signed and somehow the names and locations of the signatures get switched or mixed up after I hit send, after reviewing multiple times, this has happened with several clients.
    3. Bring back the option to review before sending an e-signature, that window pop up needs to clearly be brought back as so many issues…

  7. The response speed of AI assistent is extremely slow!!! I need to wait more than 5 minutes to get an anwser. In some cases, there is no response at all!!!!

  10. I am not happy with this new feature, pdf portfolio, which merges my documents or makes me keep them in a portfolio. I need for them to all be part of a reimbursement request and the forms which may have zeros need to show that they had zeros for the month.

  11. The conversion of PDF to Word is terrible quality. It is wrongly aligned, and I'm not sure what all the junk is showing post-conversion.

  20. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either
