PDF to Image quality terrible
PDF to image export quality is horrendous, even on Max. This is the case on the cloud or within Acrobat DC itself on Windows 10.
Using an online tool like smallpdf has extremely better export quality for images, and thats free! Please fix this.2 votesHi,

SET OPEN OPTIONS
Why do I have to keep opening – SET OPEN OPTIONS to set how I want to see each one every time and save, for e.g.
I have to keep setting each document to open by clicking SHOW THE PAGES PANEL AND THE PAGE, when this option should be available to set in the Preferences and there is nothing there to set it like that – needs sorting do something.1 vote -

why can i search certain document "in progress" or "in waiting for you" only? every time i search it goes back to ALL AGREEMENT AGAIN!

Unhelpful
I have not been able to print for a couple months because of this problem. I don't understand why I am the only one having this problem but I receive no help and the only thing I receive is to pay this much a month. Maybe I would pay if someone could help me.

Why can't I access my plans or invoices for my account?

Thanks for reaching out to us and trying Acrobat web. Regarding your question, there is a way to check for invoice and your current plan. Please follow below steps:
1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com with your user
2. After you sign in, click on profile icon at your top right corner
3. Click on Adobe Account option below user name
4. You will be redirected to a web page where you can check your plans and invoice under "Plans and payment"
Please try this out and ket us know if this still solves the issue.

TOO EXPENSIVE for lite users!!
your product is WAY too expensive. $350pa - wth! no way i'd pay $30pm for something i use infrequently. If you had a more reasonable amount i would definitely consider it, but i will stick with free options for now.

INCORRECT FINAL INFO
Your new version is messing up with my documents.
I input "1" but the downloaded file shows "4"
And this is not the only case.

Terrible Fill & Sign Experience
I'm highly dissatisfied with this experience, I waited an extremely long time to fill out and sign two documents. The filling out process went fine, but when it went to signing everything fell apart. Somehow the system saved the document with a small signature, not the one I resized, and you can't fix/delete those after saving. Once I put an entirely new page in, the signature would go in fine, but then it would "save my changes" forever after it already said "Changes Saved" and then it wouldn't download correctly or print. I will never use this again.

Font size too big for boxes
Your form filling is bad, the letters are too big for the input boxes so most of the form inputs are only partly elligible. You should include an option to change the size of the text.

Web Forms Feedback
Using Web forms, I think having the option of allowing whoever is filling the form in to select the person to authorise would be a good addition. We want to use web forms for our expenses claims but we have different budget holders and without setting up a form for each budget holder, this wouldn't be possible.
