For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.

    Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

  4. I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.

    File names in Hebrew have a backwards character order. First few chars are ok, but the next ones are backwards.

  6. the converting tool from pdf to excel ist useless because the result is e.g. that dates are converted in characters an not in numbers!!!!

  8. I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.

    I have a message o the following effect
    "Please wait...

    if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."

    (but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

  9. Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
    I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.
    Please bring widgets back or make it easier to create a new one, because I can't seem to figure out how to do that!

  11. Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

  13. FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.

    FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.

    PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

    Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?

    You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

    You should see a toggle in the upper right corner of the interface, next to the filter, that says “Adobe Sign Manage”. Toggling that on, will display agreements in the traditional layout. Let us know if you don’t see that toggle or if that isn’t providing what you need.

  17. Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

  19. Adobe Sign confirmation emails say "signed and Filed!" This is confusing verbiage for a law firm retaining clients, since "filed" typically means lawsuit was filed.

  20. I am having some problems with the new Adobe Sign interface. If I switch on “Adobe Sign Manage” in the “For Signature” tab, it all works fine – at least, it works until the session times out. A pop-up message appears saying my session has timed out and asks me to click OK to refresh the session. This is where things go wrong.

    The Adobe Sign Manage iframe gets blocked with a Chrome sad face page icon on a grey background. The console shows the following error and warning:
