HORRIBLE NEW DESIGN!!!
ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

Update is horrible!
This new website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. We send out a large batch of contracts to our clients twice per year and have enjoyed the simplicity of using Adobe Sign. I especially liked how easy it was to send reminder emails. This new layout makes it difficult to find a specific client (I have to click through each document), and I haven't been able to find the reminder option anywhere. Yes, it has a more modern look, but when you're sending out 75+ contracts at a time, you don't care how it looks, you want it to…

the upgrade is not working for us. (yet)
Hi,
Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
We are unable to:
*To see whom the contract belongs to
*Delete contracts
*Set reminders
*To see the status of the contract
*To see who sent the contract.Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.
Please help us as soon as possible.

Cannot delete draft documents.
It doesn't seem to be possible to cancel a draft Agreement.

Adobe Send & Trackの送信状況バーの復活
Adobe Send & Trackから、Document Cloudに統合されたような形かと思われますが、一点改善をお願いしたい内容がございます。
・アップロードファイルの送信状況が、バーの進行で表示されてわかりやすかったのが、今は送信中の円がくるくる回っているだけで、どれくらいで送信完了するかが全くわかりません。アップロードに時間もかかるので、どれくらいで送信が完了するかの確認ができないと、業務使用上、とても生産性が悪くなります。是非とも今まであった表示を復活させてください。

New Adobe Sign is horrendous, not well organised, the previous version was great.
Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

This new update is impossible to use and none of the user guides have been updated. We cannot do any of the previous features and cannot get in contact with support.

cannot re-send files for signature from cloud
The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.1 vote -

Adobe Sign Update is appalling
We have been using this Adobe Sign system for many months now and have found it to be a great addition to the way we send and receive invoices for approval. However, the new update which was done over the long weekend is very disappointing and has made the system extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly in the slightest. The new organisation system of documents which are out for signing and have already been signed are all mixed in with each other. We can no longer sort the files by name of the person signing these invoices.…

Cannont delete drafts or view older Sign Templates
I can no longer delete a document that was meant to be sent for signature but is still in draft mode that I now need to cancel. The only options in the side panel are "Notes" and "Download Audit Report". There is no "Cancel" option.
I have also lost the ability to edit my document templates that are older than 30 days. They just don't appear when I go to the "Sign Templates" page. Where are they? How can I get them back?

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
It is obvious that there is overwhelming, unanimous, disapproval of the new Adobe Sign layout. I have yet to see a positive comment regarding the new layout.
Adobe, for once, can you please accept the customer feedback proclaimed so loudly across these boards and let us go back to the old version/view? At least give us the option to do so and you can continue testing this new style for those that actually want it.

Terrible UI Check Box Update
Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.
This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.
Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

Lacking old features in new Adobe Sign
The program seems to have completely changed from a few weeks ago. The new interface is not as user friendly. In addition, in the past version when files were uploaded for signature, there was not issue with using pages that were both landscape and portrait. This new version cuts off parts of the image instead - this needs to be fixed as it is a huge flaw. If it used to do it - it should still be able to do it.
I also no longer see a manage page and have to enter each agreement to see it's status.…

Template Access
I've already spoken with someone in customer service via phone, but I just wanted to make it very clear that it is simply embarrassing for a company as large as Adobe to have shipped this completely broken update to Sign/Document Cloud. Clearly little to no QA was done with this product as anyone who uses this on a semi-regular basis would see that access to templates had been extremely limited (or simply removed entirely).
