1. Template Access

   I've already spoken with someone in customer service via phone, but I just wanted to make it very clear that it is simply embarrassing for a company as large as Adobe to have shipped this completely broken update to Sign/Document Cloud. Clearly little to no QA was done with this product as anyone who uses this on a semi-regular basis would see that access to templates had been extremely limited (or simply removed entirely). I have never been this frustrated with Adobe, seriously, this was a MAJOR ***** up on the part of your engineering team, and if another issue this large arrises I will be cancelling my services.

2. New Update is TERRIBLE

   The new update hinders my experience and makes it harder to navigate through Adobe Sign. The singed and unsigned documents are no longer seperated and I can no longer search through my documents. I also can't find my templates in this new update as well. Please fix this issue as it is no longer helpful with this new update.

6. Backwards mess. Lost many important functions

   YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

9. Missing signed documents, overview, reminder options

   I can't find documents already signed. I had some documents in the previous version i need to download. I can't find those. Also where would I find signed documents in the future.

   The previous version also let me resent or sent a reminder. How do I do that now?

11. Change back to old Adobe Signiture layout PLEASE

    Extremely difficult to navigate and understand this new Adobe Sign layout. Cannot select more than one agreement for bulk actions. Cannot find a way to delete drafts. When filtering by Status it seems to be in a random order. I relied on Adobe's last layout to give me quick and reliable information on what has been signed and what is pending. This is very disappointing from such large company with a large user base. No warning about a change and no way to see the old layout. Please change back to the old layout ASAP.

12. Horrible new document signing interface.

    The previous layout allow me to easily view and see which contracts were drafts, sent for signature and signed in different tabs on the page. I am very unhappy after logging in today and seeing a completely different layout. This is not user friendly at all please give an option to return to the previous format ASAP.

13. New update is unworkable and I cannot run my business. Adobe is costing me money.

    The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

15. Version muy pobre.

    Cambiaron la version y ya no cuento con el tablero de control, no puedo hacer recordatorios de los documentos, de una primera vista no puedo visualizar los doucumentos, la version esta muy pobre, eliminaron muchas funcionalidades....en lugar de mejorar la empeoraron muchísimo.

16. ALL FILES BEFORE JULY 12 ARE MISSING????

    All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

    Dear Adobe, you suck!

    Seriously there is no way to send reminders and I have to click 3 times to see what is still to be signed. Way less information available at a glance.

    We will seriously consider changing provider and we cannot be alone in this. This designed is UTTER ****.

20. bad redesign

    The redesign is so bad :(
    Previously it was easy to find documents that are still for signature, they were on top pf the page. Now I need to filter, look and waste time
