Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. When a document is shared for review by inviting others, there is an option to set a deadline. This request is to allow the review owner to modify the deadline after a review has started (or set a deadline if one was not originally set).

  5. When sharing a document for review by sending an invitation, there is an option to set a deadline and a reminder. This request is to provide an option to send a reminder after the review has been shared.

  6. ever since you rolled out the new look nothing works. half the time I get the message that Adobe sign is not available. when it is available it takes forever to load and just stops in the middle of sending out a document so I have to start all over. Frustration doesn't begin to define what I am feeling. Fix it!

  10. The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!

    Device info: iPhone 7, iOS 12.

  11. Document cloud is way worse than any other document signing software. You removed the recipients names from the list ... Why remove data??? And now I cannot delete completed documents .... Why remove features??? So now I have to search through 80 documents individually just to find out who I sent documents to rather than glancing over the list, plus the more I use this terrible software the more documents I am going to have to go through. I just do NOT understand why you would remove features and data?????????????????????????????????

  13. New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

  15. This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

    I'm incredibly disappointed with the document cloud service. Consistently get Adobe Sign Is Not available at this time. And also its very difficult to find the signed document you want. I should be able to look documents up by email address it was sent to. please improve this.

  17. I HATE THE NEW INTERFACE. It never loads. I've cleared the cache, I've reset the browser, I've tried everything short of standing on my head. This whole "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" **** is unacceptable.

  18. I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…
