  2. Why is it impossible to view agreements on the document cloud? Seems like that is one of the primary functions of the app should be to view agreements just signed through the app - unfortunately one you sign a document a Poof! Its gone forever, never to be viewable again in the app... impossible to locate....

    C’mon Adobe, really poor job - why would agreements not be accessible?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Putting this as bug because its unfathomable that thr only explanation is its broken and something you need to fix

  3. Hi, I can't view my data inside the pdf-form with password protection through Adobe Acrobat in iOS. FYI in android it works fine. I attached my sample document with password : 1234

  4. It is ridiculous that I need to log in each month to get the invoice, my business has 5 Adobe accounts and we are constantly trying to work out which invoice we need to get when a payment comes out.

  9. The file is correctly viewed in Desktop version.
    Furthermore, the file is correctly viewed in other iOS apps such as DropBox, GoodNotes, etc.

  12. I have several PDF Portfolios I've made with Acrobat Pro DC and use them to quickly and easily reference product guides and literature when I'm on-the-go. The latest app update has killed this. I troubleshooted it to determine it is the app and not the iOS (tried this on several iOS devices running 14.2. One had the most recent app and it was broken, the other had a previous version and it worked. I opened a case with Microsoft because I could not integrate the iOS OneDrive (business) app with the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. After troubleshooting with Microsoft and evaluating conditional access policies, app protection policies, app configuration policies, they determined Adobe Acrobat Reader was trying to sign into OneDrive using Safari browser and since Safari browser is not an Intune approved app, it gets denied by our conditional access policy. If it would use Edge somehow, this would fix this issue. I started looking into this when I saw Adobe Acrobat Reader supports Intune per this Adobe support article: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Mobile/intune.html.

  16. After latest Adobe app Update 27 october 2020 our users on iPads are no longer able to import PDF files from Microsoft Outlook app to Adobe acrobat Reader when apps are in Intune? Please fix the bug soon?

  17. The app stays open and the files are still accessed but the viewing window is closed every time I switch away from acrobat to another full-screen window such as chrome. When I reopen the Acrobat window it opens as a minimized window overtop of a full-screen window. instead of over top of the desktop view. This started happening after Acrobat froze and then failed to quit reporting it would after phantom "updates were finished installing for Acrobat Pro DC" which I never downloaded or installed. Acrobat and the computer both had to be forcequit but acrobat still produced the same…

  20. When OneDrive is selected in the Save a copy menu, the Microsoft Authenticator app is opened and nothing happens. Also occurs when the OneDrive icon is selected in the “Work with files stored online” box on the home page.
    I am unable to save PDFs to OneDrive due to this bug.
