  3. When I try to update version 20.11.00 in the Apple App Store, it says:

    Download an older version of this app?
    The current version requires iOS 13.3 or later but
    you can download the last compatible version.

    Below this message there are two buttons: Cancel and Download

    When I press Download, it just redisplays the message above. Maybe
    whatever indicates which app version is compatible with which iOS
    version is messed up. Or maybe the Acrobat version I have (20.11.00)
    is the last compatible version for my version of iOS and I should not
    have gotten a message asking me…

  4. I have a e-statement of my phone bill from Singapore Singtet service provider. I could never print the statement from the first page to last (usually 3 to 4 pages). But if I start printing from Page 2, it is OK. It had been like this since 4 years ago when I had my first MacBook Air. Recently bought the latest Air and is still having this problem.
    I downloaded another PDF reader, and there is no problem printing from page 1.
    It is regardless of printer and/or printer drivers, - tried changing diff printers from HP to Epson to…

I have enabled Intune MAM in the preferences, and I'm able to connect Adobe to my Microsoft 365 account via email/attachments, but every time I try to connect to OneDrive for Business, I get the error message: "Microsoft Intune needs to be enabled in order to add a OneDrive for Business Account" I am using the latest version of the app (21.04.00)

  8. When connecting to a Google Drive, the Acrobat app does not show the Team Drives, and therefore those files are not accessible.

  9. (Drive added as a Location in iOS Acrobat with account sign in. Acrobat 21.02.00, iOS 14.4.1.)

    Currently a Drive located file deleted from within iOS Acrobat is deleted for good with no option for recovery. File is not moved to drive/trash.

    Contrast that with the functionality of a browser login directly to drive.google.com or the iOS Drive app. Clicking the trash can icon there provides a "Move to trash?" popup, and the file is moved to drive/trash for 30 days.

    I consider Acrobat access to Drive files too risky until this is fixed.

  10. I like the ability to view email attachments in the Adobe App but when I click “view email”, I am taken to my browser and I would rather see the email in my default mail app (Outlook).

  11. Hola, soy usuaria frecuente de adobe y creo que sería conveniente la opción de DICTADO o LECTURA del texto con voz. Me sería de gran ayuda y estoy segura de que a otros usuarios también ya que los que leemos mucho en adobe podríamos descansar la vista y seguir con la tarea al mismo tiempo. Gracias

  12. When I fill out a pdf form the data flips upside down. When I email it the form field moves from its original place. This is only happening in a few fields. Not across the whole document.

    I am surprised there is no way to change which DropBox account Acrobat's iOS/iPad app is connecting with. I have a personal one and a work one...
    Will uninstalling and reinstalling the app even help? It seems a shame that that might be the only way to utilize the app.

  14. When I use an Apple Pencil (2nd gen, used with my 1st gen 11 inch iPad) to write on any PDF file, once I hit the “Done” button to save my writing, I can notice some deformation of the handwriting. Sometimes the deformation is not significant, but sometimes the result is very long prongs.

  17. Why is it impossible to view agreements on the document cloud? Seems like that is one of the primary functions of the app should be to view agreements just signed through the app - unfortunately one you sign a document a Poof! Its gone forever, never to be viewable again in the app... impossible to locate....

    C’mon Adobe, really poor job - why would agreements not be accessible?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

    Putting this as bug because its unfathomable that thr only explanation is its broken and something you need to fix

  19. It is ridiculous that I need to log in each month to get the invoice, my business has 5 Adobe accounts and we are constantly trying to work out which invoice we need to get when a payment comes out.
