    When receive pdf file with password then open the file after fill in password, blank document that we can see, no text can recognise in pdf

  6. Dropbox app must be authorized with every session.

    Every time I go to Dropbox and tap Open with... Adobe Acrobat Reader, Reader says I haven’t authorized Dropbox

    After I allow Acrobat to connect, there is no problem accessing PDFs via Dropbox until the session expires. Then I must do this again.

    My specs:

    Adobe Acrobat Reader 19.10.01 (20191014.172617)

    iPadOS 13.2 Public Beta 3

    Model name: iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (3rd generation)

    Model number: MTFL2LL/A

  7. Keeps crashing after updating to version 19.10.00

    Having just upgraded to version 19.10.00 of Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF today I cannot open any pdf file as the application crashes persistently soon after opening. I am using a 6th Generation iPad running iPadOS 13.1.2.

  8. Bring back import on iOS 13

    Since iOS13 I am not able to save the downloaded PDF in Adobe Reader.

    I have checked, in iBooks after opening there is option to save the file in iBooks, not just opening it. Please add same feature for adobe to keep existing functionailty of importing file to Adobe Reader, not just opening it from the download folder.

  9. I deleted Adobe on IPad (IOS) and my files stored locally disappeared (all those stored in the “acrobat” file). Can I retrieve them ?

  10. Application crash while viewing somewhat large pdf files

    I work at construction sites and the mechanical engineering drawings are supplied in pdf format. Recently I have experienced and issue where the app crashes while viewing the files. It seems to happen when I zoom in or scroll the file fast. The PDF files are opened and stored in document cloud. The files are very large in actual size, about a meter tall and couple meters wide, containing detailed drawings and plans. They are also mark with apple pen for remarks and corrections. Because of information security I can’t post any plan files to test with.

    I’ve tried uninstalling…

  11. Everytime i go offline it asks me to login again. I’m using ipados 13 public beta.

    After I updated the iPad to iPados public beta it keeps logging me out everytime I’m offline, so that everytime i have to login again.

  15. Problems with annotations

    Whenever I attempt to save file in another app or location it saves the file but without all my additional typing I added. This seems to only happen at times. When documents do This, even printing the docs the added annotations do not show. When you go to print all the added info disappears. I have had documents that I have had info and I was able to retain info in document. The file I am currently trying to print and or send to my one drive is extremely important so I’m a little frustrated that it does not work.…

  17. Account not updating/uploading

    I have two phones with the acrobat app, same account on both. My problems is that my accounts are not syncing/updating, so the files on one of my phones differs from the other. Help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  20. Unable to load page with images and losing image when zoomed

    Title: unable to load a flight simulator image in pdf and image lost when zoomed

    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1.Open pages from 121 and scroll to end of the pdf
    2. Zoom page 121

    Environment:
    iOS 12.3.1, acrobat reader version 19.06.00, ipad 6th gen

    Expected result: Images should load instantly and should keep the image when zoomed.
    Observed result: Image/images load for more than 5 seconds and white screen is rendered when the image is zoomed
