How to delete shared dokuments from the Adobe document cloud permemanently
How do I delete documents permanently? Just uplpaded a sensitive document by mistake. I could delete from the scan App, but it still resides in the cloud.

Document cloud not syncing
Hello,
I originally signed up to Adobe with my email account and use the document cloud to store and organise documents on my iPad. That works perfectly. However, more recently, I downloaded the Adobe app on my phone so that I could review documents remotely but despite using the same Adobe ID to login, the document cloud on my phone is empty whilst simultaneously containing all my documents as it always has done on my iPad.
Please could someone help me to resolve this? as it makes the phone app almost useless for my purposes at present. I cannot understand…80 votes -

I can’t open a pdf from dropbox on my ipad. It’s version 19.09.02. It asks me always to allow adobe to link to dropbox and it fails to open.

Filling forms
To apply for unemployment insurance in ny state, one of the requests is to download adobe reader, after I downloaded the app, I sign in into account. For some reason I can not pass to next form. It keep ask me to download the adobe reader. Is anything else that I need to do? Or am I doing something wrong?
But my wife as soon as she downloaded the adobe reader was able to finish her forms.

failure of app subscrption
Really angry. Had a subscription and it stopped working forcing me to take out a new subscription at a higher price. It really is unfair trading practice. I am minded to report it to EU as exploitive practive

Since the last update (Oct 29 2019) my standing order is ignored.
I have a standing order for €9.99/m that is always paid on time (paypal). Since last update I cannot use the extras (converting pdf files to word, organising pages in pdf files, exporting them, etc.) that I am paying for. App on iPad says I have to buy that feature. So I cancelled the subscription to rebuy it and was informed that the new subscription will start on Nov 21 when the old one has run out. Nonetheless you will not let me use the extras I am paying for. Very frustrating. Thanks for your help in advance.
