Prendre un instantané impossible sur ipad
It is impossible to « take a picture » in a pdf document on ipad (in the french version it is called « prendre un instantané » on PC).
Please add this function very usefull on the ios version !!! I use it a lot to prepare power point presentation from scientific publications, not to extract text but to extract a snapshot of a graph or a picture.

Update email on account

“define” feature doesn’t appear after selecting word
After I select the word to be define, the only thing that pops up is “Note Text Freehand”. I’m sure it’s somtjing simple I’m not doing, but would really appreciate the help.

Ios11 - needs update to work with ios 11?

Can’t Sign reader extended form
I created a fillable PDF with signature required. I saved it as reader extended and mailed it to myself.
I cannot sign the form. In fact the signature field isn’t highlighted as fillable. Worse, I was able to hit the submit button even though the required signature was missing.
Why?

Don’t flush cache for Dropbox files
For files in Dropbox, there is an icon with a cloud and an arrow pointing downwards, which allows me to download a offline copy that I can open later. This feature is similar to that of the iOS built-in “Files” app. However, for certain large pdf files, the Acrobat app sometimes re-displays the cloud icon next to the file’s name after certain period of time, requiring users to download it again (but being large is exactly why I need an offline copy!). Document cloud not syncing
Hello,
I originally signed up to Adobe with my email account and use the document cloud to store and organise documents on my iPad. That works perfectly. However, more recently, I downloaded the Adobe app on my phone so that I could review documents remotely but despite using the same Adobe ID to login, the document cloud on my phone is empty whilst simultaneously containing all my documents as it always has done on my iPad.
Please could someone help me to resolve this? as it makes the phone app almost useless for my purposes at present. I cannot understand…81 votes -
There is major delay in syncing
I use smart phone and tablet. Using document cloud and dropbox to share content, so that i can read anywhere i want, using which ever gadget i want. But tablet data sync comparitively faster than mobile. It takes days mobile app to sync, I dont find annotations in tablet. Look in to this. Internet is working well.

cant find my orginial Adobe Acct from 2015
My brand new HP and my Iphone6 were linked together my Adobe account , Microsoft had no problems updating & or installing apps at their leasure and I had that is had Adobe DC . I said had do to a forced reset of any & all of my electronic devices . My personal, finanical , Family pics and me & my fathers DNA results . Cannot log in document cloud
I create my Adobe ID by iOS email. But I cannot log in adobe acrobat. The screen is like the attached. I changed the password for several times, but still failed. Could you kindly help?

Cancel subscription
How do I cancel the subscription of this in app purchase? I only needed the PDF to be exported as a word file for one time use. I don’t need any more subscriptions of this app.

I want my money back. I did not want to purchase any adobe software
My credit card was improperly billed. I was not informed I would be billed for the product but I just saw Adobe * Stock charge of $31.53 which I would like refunded. I do not wish to use the app if I have to pay for it. Thanks!
