2. iPad iOS not saving edits

   I use Acrobat Reader for iPad iOS. I’ve used it for a long time and it’s always given me the ability to go back and edit older documents (I have repeat clients that we can re-use paperwork for, they can update info, sign and we are done). Yesterday I pulled up old and new files, edited them to print, printed them, and closed the files as I did before. When I noticed an error on one file, I re-opened to edit the error and noticed that NONE of the original changes saved. I opened the other files from the day and had the same result. This is scary because I occasionally meet people on the go, fill out their forms, have them sign and don’t reopen the file for a few weeks for reference.

3. Request for payment won’t go away

   I paid 69.99 for PDF pack for and 23.99 for PDF export, but I still CANNOT ACCESS FEATURES SUCH AS COMBINE FILES.
   
   The app keeps asking me to pay again. I press the pay again option and get message that I have already subscribed. I can’t get out of this error loop! The blue star next to “combine files” won’t go away. I just cancelled export to see if it would help - nope.

6. Problems with annotations

   Whenever I attempt to save file in another app or location it saves the file but without all my additional typing I added. This seems to only happen at times. When documents do This, even printing the docs the added annotations do not show. When you go to print all the added info disappears. I have had documents that I have had info and I was able to retain info in document. The file I am currently trying to print and or send to my one drive is extremely important so I’m a little frustrated that it does not work. I am providing screen shots so you can see when printing or sending doc to another app or location.that certain information disappears. Again I’m acrobat you can still see all this info but when you go to print or move it, the info goes away.

7. Japanese input candidates are not shown on iPad while typing on PDF form

   Japanese input candidates are not shown when using PDF forms on iPad and iPad Pro. It needs to type space key 5 to 6 times to show candidates.
   It works with no problem on Windows.
   Field size needs to be fixed due to the size of form and number of field.

8. Update 19.07.00 20190719.193727 Bug

   Updated to latest version and now our forms have illegible text fields for the forms which are oriented in landscape after the forms upload from our iPads to our Cloud server. The portrait oriented forms are not having this issue. I have done quite a bit of testing and the previous Acrobat Version 19.06.02 20190719.162937 and earlier does not have this problem. We have been using these forms which I designed and coded for three years without this problem, until now, after the most recent update.

10. Printing Issues

    Using Acrobat Reader for an iPad to complete fillable forms and print the completed form. After completing the form and selecting print, none of completed form fields print. Everything is left blank. The fields also show blank in the print preview. We’ve been using this system without issue for the last few months. This past Friday is when the bug occurred.

11. crashes & print problems

    Acrobat (iOS) 19.06.02, since several days (?!?) - I don’t know exactly, about every 2nd or 3rd time crashes when I open a PDF file in Files. No big problem as - with 2 clicks - on “Files” and then the same PDFfile, Acrobat opens. This procedure never failed up to now.

    Then there are some PDF files that look good in Acrobat but printing - on an EPSON printer - fails: just headlines and eMail- and URL-links are printed, in wrong colors, ...
    I can’t describe whether these PDF files have something in common (e.g. “generated by program ... ).

12. Hanging Up when Used Simultaneously with other Apps

    After initially opening the app and reading a file, if I switch to another app and reopen Adobe to continue from where I left, it freezes.

13. ændring af programet

    Hej som i skrev skulle jeg kontakte jer.

    I 2017 blev jeg ansat i Roskilde kommune som rengøringsflyver, jeg fik så ansvaret at skulle være en supporter til at hjælpe alle Rengøringskoordinator med deres iPad da alle sammen havde fået en arbejdes iPad, men de havde ikke noget program der til så jeg fandt adobe Acrobat da jeg kende det privat, det lykkes og vi brugte det i ca 2 år så lavet i en opdatering som ændret hele programmet så meget at det blev umuligt at bruge mere for os, samtidige med det var der også problemer med at den ikke ville gemme det man havde skrevet, samme problem forgår stadigvæk idag. Jeg har måtte advare alle mine kollegaer om at de ikke må opdaterer Adobe Acrobat fordi så kan de ikke bruge programmet mere vi er 4 ud af 26 medarbejder som desværre har fået opdateret vores iPad så nu er vi kørende på HP smart som nød.

    Er der nogle muligheder for at man kan få den tidligere vision tilbage? Som lige inden i lavet hele programmet om. Når man skal udfylde Bestillingslister kvalitetsrapporter sygemeldinger feriesedler og Måneds liste dur den nye vision af Adobe Acrobat bare ikke.
    Håber der findes en løsning.

15. Highlights/comments/annotations not saving

    While reading I can highlight, make comments other annotations etc. But immediately after I click “done” on the PDF (it’s a large academic text) and come back into it, all my work is completely gone. I have tried exporting the pdf with the highlights into the cloud, I have tried sharing it through email, every time I access it back it’s clean without any of my edits. The app didn’t crash at any point. If I momentarily leave the app (without closing it) and come back, the edits will still be there. However, closing the app and coming back to it does delete the edits.

17. Account not updating/uploading

    I have two phones with the acrobat app, same account on both. My problems is that my accounts are not syncing/updating, so the files on one of my phones differs from the other. Help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

18. Find in document doesn’t work

    The app doesn't recognize any text in few documents in app but the desktop version easily does that. Other pdf reader including ibook were able to read and find the text in that particular document. But the adobe reader wasn't able to that. Few of the such documents were converted to pdf. However, the app is up to date.
