Reader doesn’t working
No trabaja la app correctamente ya que al abrir cualquier archivo PDF no permite navegar por cualquier página del documento. Esto sucede desde la última actualización dentro de iOS en Septiembre 11 de 2019.

Subscription
I renewed my subscription but when I tried to do anything it just keeps loading. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work.

Unable to load page with images and losing image when zoomed
Title: unable to load a flight simulator image in pdf and image lost when zoomed
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Open pages from 121 and scroll to end of the pdf
2. Zoom page 121Environment:
iOS 12.3.1, acrobat reader version 19.06.00, ipad 6th genExpected result: Images should load instantly and should keep the image when zoomed.
Observed result: Image/images load for more than 5 seconds and white screen is rendered when the image is zoomed3 votes -
Fill & Sign function does not allow you to continue after you’ve left and reopened a document
I have been completing an online application using the “Fill & Sign” feature in Adobe. I saved and closed the application yesterday, however, when I reopened it today and attempted to make changes to the application, Adobe will no longer allow me to edit the areas I completed the day prior. Instead, it wants me to create a new text box rather than simply allowing me to edit the text that’s already been filled in

I have had the most recent update and now New PDF's that I try to open show :

An Unknown error occurred.Older PDF's will open literally older by 24hours but any new ones wont open on iPhone. Please help!

No network connection
Right after the update to the latest version, when I open the app, using cellular LTE, the No network connection banner displays at the bottom and the app is inoperable. I noticed that the app was fine when I moved 30 miles from where I reside and it worked fine on LTE. Back home on the LTE tower there, the darn No network connection banner pops up again and disables the app. Deleted it and reinstalled. Had no problem signing in, because it is connected to the internet! I stream Pandora at the same time, I have internet! This banner…

Plus sign at right bottom side hides three dots of options menu of last file.
Screenshot attached herewith. Plus sign can be provide in the task bar at bottom strip.
Additional attachment - IMG_2812.mov shows how to pull past the bottom row to disclose the "...".

prevent the phone from auto lock
As the phone is usually set for auto lock after sometime if the phone remains idle. A feature that would prevent this from happening while using adobe acrobat will rule out the annoyance of unlocking the phone.

File size balloons, icon becomes generic
Dear Administrator,
A book I have been reading these past few weeks, highlighting it intensively as is usual for me, more than doubled in size: it was ~10Mb and now it is almost ~25Mb. Further, something happened to the file, for Acrobat Reader no longer displays the book’s title page among other recent documents, but shows a generic icon. Attaching the original file, the file it its current state, and a screenshot of the icons — my recent documents listing from within Acrobat. Would you please help?

How do I remove acrobat from my iPhone? Normally when I want to remove something from my phone, I just hold that app down & it shows a x and I click on it and it goes away. I try this and it won’t go away.

Cannot convert to PowerPoint
I purchased the app to be able to convert to PowerPoint, this option isn’t present in the drop down menu , I have EXCEL, WORD , and rich text formula only .
If this issue can’t be solved, please cancel my purchase and I will purchase the Windows version of the app.

Black background
It seems really odd that you don’t have a simple feature/option to view PDFs on a black background ... the lighter color is distracting when pages crop.
