Option to save changes to all open documents instead of individual prompt for each
If I make changes to several open PDF documents, it would be better to have an option to Save All changes other than get a prompt for every PDF document.

Prompt Automatic updates
Hello there,
Can you add a prompt for updates?
"Adobe Acrobat requires an update that will require a restart before using the application. Update and restart or install later?"You see, when Acrobat updates automatically and I'm still running the app, I can still open things, but if Acrobat updates and I'm not currently running the app, then I can't open the app until I restart.
In terms of workflow this means that to access a PDF needed immediately for work I need to save and close everything, restart, then reopen everything. This took about 7 minutes without including reopening…1 vote -
Separate zoom in +, zoom out - and zoom percentage buttons in the toolbar by default
It is very inconvenient and time consuming to make multiple clicks in order to zoom in or out the document. In the older versions they were separate and easily accessible. Drop down menu style is really exhausting and time consuming for these kind of basic operations. Please separate the zoom buttons !

reduce size of toolbars buttons
For mouse based users. Remove the excess space, and reduce the size of toolbars and buttons, to maximise screen space available for the document.

Can't open more than 1 file at a time
Clients with Windows 10 1809 or more (or Win2019) trying to access a PDF via a DFS that is stored on a Windows server 2019 server are not able to open more than 1 pdf.
Can this please be fixed as Windows Sever 2019 is being used more widely.

manual duplex printing
Would be a magnificent addition if manual duplex printing could be selected for Adobe reader on Windows 10. Having read quite a few forums on the subject it would appear I'm not the only person who desires this.

Scrolling preferences window
Currently the preferences window is very hard to use and frankly, broken:
You can't scroll with a touchpad.
You can't scroll with a touchscreen.
You can't scroll with a mousewheel.
Scrolling over a combo box changes the setting >:(
Content doesn't scroll when you drag the scrollbar!
The preferences window cannot resize small enough for smaller screens.
Overall: infurating.

Acrobat Crashing When Opening An InDesign Exported Interactive PDF
I have no idea why interactive PDFs are no longer viewable with acrobat. Which is very annoying and stupid. Whenever I am trying to view an interactive element of the PDF, acrobat just tells me it is connecting and then suddenly closed the whole document (aka crashing). I don't understand why we are paying so much for adobe when they could not simply do their job. Very frustrating indeed. Worst user experience ever.

Change behavior of middle mouse wheel button
Currently, click-hold and dragging with the middle mouse button results (hand symbol with four arrows) in the document scrolling at a (rather extreme) rate of speed that is determined how far away your cursor is from where you first clicked the button. The document will scroll continuously until you either move your cursor back closer to its initial location, or release the mouse button.
I would much prefer the behavior to be like what you get when you hold space and then click and drag with the left mouse button. I.e., you "drag" the document around with the mouse, and…4 votes -
Screen Filter
I guess this falls under UI? I'm ADHD and it would be SUPER helpful to have a feature where I can dim the screen except for an area I'm currently reading. I read a lot of professional articles and when I go to write a note I completely lose my place. It could be just a static section and as I scroll the section stays the same so I'm effectively moving my page through it. I can cope if I print out the pages, but articles are frequently 12+ pages each and I'd rather save the paper and be able…

Enable adding "Open...[file]" as icon/command to Quick Tools toolbar
Allow/enable Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to add the "Open...[file]" command to the Quick Tools toolbar.
I am using the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as of today 12/1/2020: 2020.013.20064.12623.
When you are constantly opening files, it becomes very tedious to constantly be required to click on the File menu and then select Open... to open files. An Open... command icon is a standard quick command on most other software I have seen. I am surprised and disappointed that no one thought of this or made this a standard command icon on this toolbar. In fact, there are…1 vote -
translation error in german version
As a suggestion of Improvement, I just want to let you know there is a translation error in the german version. "Working on it" when searching in a large document doesn't translate to "Daran arbeiten..:" in this context. It has no meaning. You should consider renaming it to something like "In Arbeit"...

Dark Mode. Just like the mobile / android version has. Change documents with white background into dark / black background, and dark text into bright text.

Permanently keep comment toolbar open in adobe reader dc
It's very essential more than helpful to stick the comment toolbar always on the menu so that we do not have to open it each time we open a document.

When there are more than a page of recent documents, Adobe Reader opens unresponsive
For the last few days, if I have more than a page of recent documents, when I open Adobe Reader, it immediately becomes unresponsive.
I then have to open Adobe Reader by double clicking on a PDF document and clear the recent document list. Opening Adobe Reader this way means that it doesn't try to load the thumbnails for the recent documents, which is what I assume is the problem. Adobe Reader will then open correctly until the recent files list gets too big.
As a workaround, I have just set the "Documents in recently used list" to 10 which…

Make the hand pointer larger and more visible in documents
As a result of COVID, we are now forced to have virtual tribunal hearings and present testimony in PDF via screen sharing.
Witnesses often have to point out something in an exhibit - a sentence or paragraph or a point on a map and it is difficult for viewers to see the hand tool because it is too smaller to be easily visible and may not have sufficient contrast with document colors to stand out.
At in-person hearings, it was possible for a witness to stand up a point with their hand to an item on the main display screen…
