  1. Please add to the app settings the option to add and remove quick actions from the context menu in File Explorer in Windows 10 for PDFs. Since doing it manually through the Registry Editor is very inconvenient.

Try to find any thing by typing in Find input box
then click/Select any letter in Find Input box and try to type
Previous data is getting cleared (very irritating as we have to type again whole thing)

  3. It's incredibly frustrating that a) the Adobe Document Cloud is so slow, and b) one cannot drag and drop files to folders. Organizing my PDFs has literally taken the whole day.

  4. Allow/enable Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to add the "Open...[file]" command to the Quick Tools toolbar.

I am using the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as of today 12/1/2020: 2020.013.20064.12623.
When you are constantly opening files, it becomes very tedious to constantly be required to click on the File menu and then select Open... to open files. An Open... command icon is a standard quick command on most other software I have seen. I am surprised and disappointed that no one thought of this or made this a standard command icon on this toolbar. In fact, there are…

  5. If I make changes to several open PDF documents, it would be better to have an option to Save All changes other than get a prompt for every PDF document.

  6. Hello there,
Can you add a prompt for updates?
"Adobe Acrobat requires an update that will require a restart before using the application. Update and restart or install later?"

You see, when Acrobat updates automatically and I'm still running the app, I can still open things, but if Acrobat updates and I'm not currently running the app, then I can't open the app until I restart.
In terms of workflow this means that to access a PDF needed immediately for work I need to save and close everything, restart, then reopen everything. This took about 7 minutes without including reopening…

  9. Clients with Windows 10 1809 or more (or Win2019) trying to access a PDF via a DFS that is stored on a Windows server 2019 server are not able to open more than 1 pdf.

Can this please be fixed as Windows Sever 2019 is being used more widely.

  10. It is already extremely annoying to hide elements in Acrobat.

For reasons only known to your idiot design team, you persist in the view that the UI MUST BE RESET ON EVERY DOCUMENT LOAD.

I read > 30 PDFs in a DAY. FOR EVERY ONE, I have to hide elements of the UI (typically the left side). EVERY F*** PDF.

Today I find that hitting Ctrl-Home re-displays the full left bar.
    WHY.
WHO THINKS THIS IS A GREAT IDEA - Lets re-purpose a standard document navigation key into a UI state change.
PG UP to the top page does the…

  11. Would be a magnificent addition if manual duplex printing could be selected for Adobe reader on Windows 10. Having read quite a few forums on the subject it would appear I'm not the only person who desires this.

  12. Currently the preferences window is very hard to use and frankly, broken:

You can't scroll with a touchpad.

You can't scroll with a touchscreen.

You can't scroll with a mousewheel.

Scrolling over a combo box changes the setting >:(

Content doesn't scroll when you drag the scrollbar!

The preferences window cannot resize small enough for smaller screens.

    Overall: infurating.

  13. I have no idea why interactive PDFs are no longer viewable with acrobat. Which is very annoying and stupid. Whenever I am trying to view an interactive element of the PDF, acrobat just tells me it is connecting and then suddenly closed the whole document (aka crashing). I don't understand why we are paying so much for adobe when they could not simply do their job. Very frustrating indeed. Worst user experience ever.

  15. I know that a lot of programs are switching towards a tab-based structure when opening several files at a time. But it sometimes is very handy to be able to open several PDFs in several windows. I know that this is possible by rightclicking the file etc., but I miss a setting that opens PDFs be default in a new window - and not in a new tab.

Can there be some kind of "setting" that says:
O - open PDFs in new tabs
X - open PDFs in new windows

  16. Make it easier to switch between accounts. It's such a pain in the booty and it's very frustrating I'm trying to change from my school subscription to my personal account. it feels like ten minutes and it should be about 30 seconds. They should make it easier similar to Instagram Hold a button and tap. Hope you agree and vote. Bye

  17. I’m still baffled that the default scrolling for pages in Adobe Reader has the reader smoothly scrolling down the page, bringing the text up to eye level (no one reads down a page any more unless it’s a physical book) only to have it jump to the top of the next page as soon as the bottom of the page is in view on the screen. This results in interrupted reading and endless and annoying backwards scrolling to get back to where the reader was. I know this can be changed in the settings, but why isn’t it the default?…

  18. Lets you open a set of PDF's with one click of a button.
You can add PDF's to this 'topic' or 'bookmark folder' allowing you to open every PDF you had been using for a certain task.

E.G: Add all lecture notes from a subject to a topic. Open all of them with one click.

  19. I guess this falls under UI? I'm ADHD and it would be SUPER helpful to have a feature where I can dim the screen except for an area I'm currently reading. I read a lot of professional articles and when I go to write a note I completely lose my place. It could be just a static section and as I scroll the section stays the same so I'm effectively moving my page through it. I can cope if I print out the pages, but articles are frequently 12+ pages each and I'd rather save the paper and be able…

After a while enable above setting, thumbnails of desktop icons become black squares.
