  1. Helping to organize favorites, some type of grouping, would be very useful.

Folders would be a neutral way, stacks are fine as well. Any creative solution which helps to group different PDFs to keep them organized on quickly accessible would help.

  2. The Adobe Acrobat reader User Interface (UI) does not append to the basic principle that allows each new document a new window. This is unusual as all different types of User Interfaces as a standard allow a new window for a new document. Having so many tabs confined within one window or instance of adobe is extremely limiting, particularly when a document is not always afforded the screen 'real estate' when multitasking with multiple programs. Secondly, when you need to access or read multiple documents, you need to easily be able to resize and manoeuvre multiple windows easily and having…

  3. Where is the tool to enlarge/magnify a page? Has it been deleted or is it just well hidden? And what happened to all the toolbars we used to have?

  4. Dear Adobe,

I have been a user of Adobe Acrobat for many years. I have used the application to read, create, and edit PDF documents on my personal computer and mobile device.

Overall, I am satisfied with the application, but I have an important complaint that I would like to bring to your attention.

There is no option to set the reading mode as default in Adobe Acrobat. This means that every time I open a new PDF document, I have to manually disable the tools and options that I do not need.

This situation is very frustrating, as it…

  5. Effectively, there are now 4 tool bars in Adobe Reader - one on each side of the document screen and two on top. While the loss of document space is not significant in general consider how even those minor losses affect users on laptops (varying screen sizes) and tablets. We have no option to dock and undock the floating tool bar with the rest of the tool icons on the second ribbon on the top. We also can't hide nor close the options list on the right-hand side of the screen although all these options are also available under editing…

  6. Sometimes after 2021, the 2nd row of toolbars were removed and seemingly replaced by QuickTools. However QuickTools, albeit it's name, is less proficient than having the second row of tools available, in sight, and ready to be clicked.

Specifically, all I'm asking for is to bring back what was taken away just so that its inclusion can be set by the user. Personally, I'm on the side of a person who uses Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit documents and find that for the number of tools I use often, they're not as quickly accessible when having to click on a…

  7. After the latest updates, Adobe Reader won't allow me to quickly scroll through pages using the arrows after zooming in/out with the shortcut ("ctrl" + "+" or "ctrl" + "-"). I must wait until the "zoom panel" is hidden before scrolling with the arrows once again. That makes me wait to long to scroll the page without using the mouse. So I please ask you to revert that. Please, make the focus stay on the page, not on the "zoom panel", after zooming in/out using shortcuts.

  8. On print dialouge, there's abillity to print "multiple pases per sheet ". It's great. but the problem is that, acrobat does automatic scalling for each page sepatetly and it causes disruption, and not esthetic on the printed page.
Example: if the first page is cut and small, the size of A6 for ex', and the second page is in the size of a5, and I use on print dialouge "multiple pages per sheet" in the form of "1 by 2" (two pages aligned vertically on one sheet),
acrobat enlarge each page to fit 50% of the sheet, so the first…

  10. I need to send out multiple documents at one go for signature. But today I heard that this feature had been disabled for all Adobe sign users on the latest version.

I think this is a good, convenient, and hassle-free feature that must be added in.
It really saves us a lot of effort.

Please have this feature back on as soon as possible.

  11. As a writer, I like Adobe Acrobat very much. It allows me to digitally display magazine articles as accurately as in print.
But the problem for me, and other writers I would guess, is in displaying articles in an online portfolio. While I can set the "view" as 2-page continuous in Acrobat, once my PDF is posted on a webpage in PDF viewer, it goes back to 1-page view. I contacted Adobe support, and was told there is no option to make it a 2-page view.

When these articles are first published in print, many times a feature article will…

  15. When in "Zoom to Page Level" view the Page Down and Page Up must go exactly one page. Currently in Adobe Reader 2023.001.20143 it is roughly 97% of page height. It was good in Adobe Reader XI.

Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0

Windows 10 Pro
    バージョン 22H2
    インストール日 ‎2023/‎01/‎13
    OS ビルド 19045.2486
エクスペリエンス Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

    現時点での回避策はプレビュー表示上で右クリックし、「前のページ」を選択することです。しかし、この方法では操作手順が増えて煩わしいです。
    至急改善のほどよろしくお願い致します。

  19. Environment
    Windows10 or 11 (Japanese)

The "type" of PDF file in the popup that appears when the cursor is moved over the file in Explorer is missing the "Acroba書類" with a "t". This is very weird and needs to be fixed.

    Steps to reproduce the issue

    1. save the PDF file in Explorer or on the desktop
    2. Move the mouse pointer over the PDF file icon.
    3. A pop-up window opens and shows various information, but the "Type" item is "Acroba書類".

    Expected result
AcrobatReader" is displayed as "Acrobat書類" as well as Acrobat Pro.

    Observed result
