  2. Paste Table Data Correctly - Blank Lines for Blank Columns

    RE: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (22.001.20117.0)

    If I copy a line from a PDF table, it is great that you generate multiple lines of output if I paste it as text, HOWEVER, I'd call it a bug that empty table columns do not generate empty/blank lines. 

    I'd like at least an option to change this behavior if you don't feel it is not flawed as is...

    For example, if I copy the first line of the PDF from "https://www.tenterfield.nsw.gov.au/services/cemeteries/burials" then I get this:

  3. sms:phonenumber

    I have created pdf business cards that utilize the "tell:#" and "mailto:" email function as clickable links. However, Adobe reader doesn't seem to support a similar function - "sms:#" to open and send a text message from a clickable link.

    At first I thought it was a problem with the format of the function but on further research and testing, it works perfectly with your competition such as Foxit, wundershare pdf, even Microsoft onedrive will open the link and send a text message.

  4. Adobe Reader should be integrated with Microsoft Edge Chromium like with Internet Explorer

    Any chance that Adobe Reader will be integrated with Microsoft Edge Chromium in a similar way Adobe Reader is integrated with Internet Explorer 11 via ActiveX? Users opening pdf in IE are not even aware they see Adobe with plenty of features. ActiveX is legacy technology and not supported by modern browsers but maybe Adobe plans some deeper integration with Microsoft?     When having multiple tabs open from diferent PDF documents, would be nice to have to option to save current session to close the program and be able to reopen as left in the previous state. Sometimes Windows is requiring a restart for updates and you don´t want to loose all the documents open for the next day.

  13. Toolbar button for Rotate (Quick Tools) suggests paid feature, really?!?

    Look, I get it. Reader DC is a free product Adobe would love to sell paid products/services. That's absolutely fine. But placing a toolbar button that suggests a basic feature such as rotate view may require the paid version/subscription is disingenuous at best. Seems a bit deceptive when it gets down to it. Not a fan Adobe!

  14. BUG - Print (javascript method) not working with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

    Considering a pdf file that includes a script to be printed silently:
    this.print({bUI: false,bSilent: true})

    The pdf file is opened from an html page. The document will not print and I don't get any error message :

    Please note that it works if the pdf file is already stored on my machine.

    It was working with version 19.010.20099 and it stopped working since version 19.012.20034. I tried other versions including the latest one but the problem still exists.

  18. Support simple disabling of the "Access Denied" screen

    Currently when you open Reader for Windows it prompts you to sign in, even if the PDF you opened has no interactive elements. The only workaround for this - and this unneeded and unrequested sign-in pop-up is much complained about on Adobe forums - is a complicated Windows registry edit.

    It would be better if users could control whether or not this sign-in prompt with a preferences setting. Alternately, this pop-up could be made to fire only when a user is trying to accomplish something (e.g. signing) that actually requires them to login. Both of these solutions are better than…

  20. Use system default cursors!

    It is absolutely unacceptable that the Acrobat Reader changes the system cursor, and doesn't allow for some method of disabling this!
    It shows that Adobe have ZERO respect for their customers.

    I have a vision impairment. I have changed my Windows cursor to a very visible, fat, red cursor, because otherwise I lose track of where it is. But Adobe's opinion on that is "********!!!!" apparently.

    Why?
