why am I seeing this instead of the document I am trying to view - already have the adobe acct. I want.
recently when I open a PDF it puts me into an edit more that I cant seem to get out of. I already subscribe to Adobe and this seems like something designed to sell me something. It is wasting lots of my time.

Download to PDF is not working
Can't get this to download. All other Invoices are able to be downloaded.

The online acrobat is completely useless
I have the full Acrobat. Now that forms are opening in this sales version, I had hoped that by signing in I could just sign forms and go without downloading and opening in the desktop. The online is wayyy too basic to be useful.

Display malfunction
When I enlarged the document, the framework was also enlarged and it could not be restored now. Rebooting does not improve the situation.

PDFs on CH won' load
The file doesn't load in the Chrome browser for any CH PDF files

Ineffective tool icon placement
The document print button needs to be the first icon in the ribbon, or allow it to be customizable for users to move - this popup appears when I print from E-Ship Global and it is redundant that I cannot just simply see the print icon all the time regardless of how big or small I have resized my window.

recent Windows update has disabled Acrobat
Since a recent Windows update the program neither opens in the desktop app or the Chrome extension making it impossible to do my work. Please fix the bug.

Text box fill missing in Online
We use text boxes with a white background to "block off" marketing copy on a .pdf file. However, when viewed using Acrobat Online, the text boxes are just outlines (no fill) and not even in the right place for some reason? Would love it to look the same as the .pdf itself.

Many issues, hard to find the tools, not intuitive, not right-sized 4 basic use, hard to get the document the right size, lags in loading...
Find out what different segments of users want and focus on fixing the top 3 issues in each one, and then look at what your product(s) should be.

Its too heavy and it changes the URL for the PDF . This makes it hard to cut and paste Also I just want to se a pdf not a bunch of busy sib
When I click a PDF all I want is to see the PDF open cleanly with the accurate URL in the address bar without extras ADOBE noise. Also when opening a pdf I dont want to see a bunch of noisy sidebars that take up real estate. The extension is way too heavy and clunky.

New Adobe Broswer version for Chrome lost allll the helpful options! It's made too much extra work for me.
Major loss of helpful tools in the Web tool for Chrome. I need the option back to open in Adobe Acrobat immediately ... now I have to print a PDF to PDF, or download, save, locate, and open the PDF ... and all I'm trying to do is slide pages from a PDF in the browser to a file already open in Acrobat DC. The browser version did an okay job of helping me do that fairly quickly when that feature was available, but now it's slow as molasses and makes my work take so much longer. I used this…

Any and all
My options for where I wanted the file I just opened was: Cloud or Computer. No place to select the directory on my computer. On save, it always sends to Downloads (Windows machine). I always store key files elsewhere than Downloads. So I'm now forced to leave the app to put the files (I needed several) over to the place I need it to be for storage. Why in the name of all this is holy is there not an ability to choose what directory I want it to go to? What thinking was behind that? I am going to…
