  1. Fix file downloading and make it professional grade

    Redo the download procedure. Currently I have to download twice to actual save the file. Then I have NO control over where the file downloads, or what the file name is. Real users, not the John Q Consumer this was designed for need download and store PDFs in mass. It is impossible to with the current program.

  2. New tab every time I open browser

    Suddenly every time I open Chrome, I get a new tab for Adobe Acrobat. It's very annoying. I thought it was just a one time thing after installing the latest extension, but it keeps popping-up every time I open my browser and distracts from the tab where I'm working. There doesn't appear to be a way to disable this new tab from opening.

  3. SLOOOOOOOOW PERFORMANCE!!!!

    Give us the option on whether or not to connect our desktop app to the cloud! I don't know what I accidentally click on, but ever since I did my Adobe has been super, sluggishly overly redundantly sloth-like SLOW! I've been looking for the option to turn off app connectivity to the cloud and I cannot find it. It's definitely not in settngs!

  5. Open in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with Chrome initially please

    Hi,
    I love adobe products.
    How can I automatically default to Open in Desktop app while using Google chrome ? The documents initially open in Adobe Acrobat, but I would like Chrome to open them in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC initially please.
    Can you kindly let me know?

  7. **** PRODUCT WE DONT NEED

    Faster downloads. Ive been waiting for 5-10 mins for a PDF to full load. some pages are visible and some are not. What a waste of my time. This is unacceptable. Why are we forced into using a product that is inferior to the original. Why does this even exist? Google + Adobe = ****.

    Inserting the Chrome extension at the start of the URL is really annoying. Why do you need to do that? I often want to copy and paste the URL to send the link to someone else, but I have to select just the bit that is the URL. I am close to disabling the extension as a result.

  11. default text too large, should auto adjust

    Really, really bad that I keep typing into forms and the text is way to large and there is not a quick intuitive way to either shrink or better that Adobe doesn't recognize and adjust.

  13. Please change the URL display of PDF URL's to not display "chrome-extension://??? when displaying PDF's

    The new Adobe Acrobat plugin in Chrome now modifies the URL to add "chrome-extension://????" before the URL in the URL bar which makes saving and sharing URL's much more complicated and greatly reduces the efficiency and usefulness of the plugin. Surely there must be a way to turn this off and go back to the old plug in functionality. This is extremely frustrating and makes the sharing of URL's for Adobe Acrobat plug in users more complicated and surely less efficient.   15. Print Icon Will not work

    Allow to print from Adobe Acrobat Online. When you use the print icon on the screen it does NOTHING! You have to "Open in desktop app" or download the file. Super annoying.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  16. Restore useful zoom capability

    The zoom capability sucks! I cannot easily change the zoom level on my touchscreen, and there is no zoom percentage field for me to enter a level. This used to be a normal feature of Adobe Reader; please bring it back.

  20. Please add a quick PRINT shortcut button to the toolbar menu

    Right now in order to print a page, I need to go to the "more menu" and then select the print function. It would be nice to add a print icon shortcut directly to the toolbar
