  1. Fillable PDFs created and/or edited in Adobe Acrobat cannot be flattened prior to emailing. This is creating a big problem for our customers. While there are tools within Adobe to do this, the process invariable crashes the program and or results in an error message. Flattening a document is such an everyday requirement that there should be a simple one step tool, not a highly complex one with multiple settings requiring understanding of expert jargon.

  5. Where is help located? - should be obvious, it is not.

    Where is save-as? Since I couldn't find help, I couldn't figure it out myself.

    Interacting with Adobe desktop version, Edge add on, and Adobe Cloud storage is very cumbersome and not integrated well. Just another place to store documents in addition to my computer documents folder, download folder, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and One Note which are all used extensively by Purdue. What a mess!

  7. i do not like the new windows, i must open another window just to save the file. then i need to save in 2 places and cant do it. i need to view and save not edit.... disgruntled frustrated user.

  8. When you removed the "save as" option, you added about 20 minutes to every time I use Adobe Acrobat. PLEASE, using your software should save me time, not cost me time. PLEASE FIX IT!

  11. How can we improve Acrobat in Browsers? Discontinue the concept. I hate it. I pay for Acrobat pro for a reason. opening in a browser interrupts my workflow. please stop making things difficult.

  12. I just want PDF's to open with the application/program (which is my default) and not in my browser, I don't see how that is so complicated.

  14. Cannot display pdf correctly like Acrobat does.
    Cover page enabled and two page display is not supported and needs to activated for every time, every document again and again. Even if the documents display automatically correct inside Acrobat it does not in this extension. All PDF are created using Indesign with correct settings.

I really do appreciate the freedom of being able to answer the questions on the .pdf file without having to purchase a key or subscription service. many people are new to this, such as being a student, and not realizing how everything is so interconnected with each other. I was led to believe that I had to pay for a subscription service, and I had to cancel them. Seriously, thank you for having this unlocked and free of charge.

  19. Adobe software should consider using Microsoft Visual
    Studio to make better software that performs correctly, and it will compile into an .exe - or executable program - which means that it properly translates into machine language so the processor can process it efficiently. I would reach out to Microsoft. They'd love to help in any way they can. As for Illustrator, it is a bit difficult just to create a Vector image don't you think? It should require nothing less than drawing with a mouse so that Illustrator can Vectorize the pen strokes.

  20. I would move this down the page after "confidentiality" ... how will you show and tell client about "pre-existing damages"?

    "cancellation fee" wording is off.
    The Client must cancel services 48 hours (two days) before the scheduled service, or a cancellation fee of $75 will be applicable, and due within 7 days of cancellation. The Client must do cancel the scheduled service in writing, via email or text.

    "payment" make it the same day, Zelle, check or paypal...
