3. Chrome Extension is Useless

   STOP OPENING FILES IN THE CHROME EXTENSION!!!! For some reason, the Chrome Adobe extension is NOT as up to date as the desktop application I have access to; when I open files in the desktop application, they actually open, but when I open the same files in the Chrome extension half the pages have a "please wait" message that never goes away. If the files would simply open in the desktop application there would be no difficulty, at all. The Chrome extension SUCKS.

6. PDF bookmarks

   I wish users are enabled to be able to create and manage their own book marks. There are so many documents out there where a PDF book mark were not created. However the document has a TOC included at the begining. There should be a means for the user to be able to use this and create bookmarks that are saved to user profile / cookies.

   Also, when I click on a PDF attachment in a Google Drive it doesn't respond and download and open. Why is that?

10. The spread view is not optimized for Japanese vertical writing.

    Regarding the display of facing pages, I would like to be able to reverse the page order. When Japanese text is written vertically, it is incorrect that pages are displayed in a left-to-right orientation. This feature is available in the desktop version, and we would like it to be available in the browser version as well.

    Sehr lange Ladezeit, es dauert ewig, bis das PDF Dokument geladen ist, scheinabr wird im Hintergrund online eine Verknüpfung und Anmeldung mit dem Adobe Pro Konto erstellt. Es ist unfassbar langsam und nervif, wo kann man das abstellen! ich will meine Schnelligkeit wieder erlangen!!!

    OMG. This extension is VERY troublesome. I have created multiple forms with Submit buttons that USED to work. Since the extension came out and was implemented at work in November 2022, the buttons stopped working. I have had to re-create EVERY form. In addition, I embed PDFs in Adobe Captivate (elearning software), and the PDFs do not display anymore in the training. I am having to create a linked graphic image instead of embedding PDFs. It's a total step BACKWARDS! I hate it. Every time I open a PDF, it goes to Edge. Then it also opens in Adobe Pro. It's terribly annoying. Edge is our default browser at work, and I have NO CONTROL over changing it to Chrome, so I am now AVOIDING USING PDFs.

    Unable to utilize Zotero browser extension when opening documents using the Acrobat in Browser, which forces me to download the document and manually add to Zotero. It would be so much easier if Acrobat recognized the Zotero extension to export relevant data.

19. technical problem for opening reader on web browser.

    I've already visited and try to upgrade the version through the link you've shown the link. even if I follwed to the link to upgrade it, there was just error and I couldn't see anything about my version if mine is latest or not.

    So I decided to just remove it and download it again, so I've just downloaded Adobe reader and I am now on trial before paying for it.

    Actualy it doesn't work well on the browser Chrome and Edge.

    I have to open this file in web browser.
    I am patiente for 4 days because of this and try to do that in different ways several times.
