    Dear User,
    Apologies for late response!

We did some investigation at our end and want to see if a workaround below solves the issue.
Could you please follow the steps below-

    1. Quit Acrobat
    2. Open Finder on Mac
    3. Go to the folder: /private/var/folders (See snapshot1 for reference)
    4. In Search section on top right of Finder window type “SendMail” Note: Highlight “folders” option in Search bar (See snapshot2 for reference)
    5. Note the path of this "SendMail" folder should be under "/private/var/folders/..." and the remaining path will not be constant and is created using hash hence we can’t provide exact path(See snapshot3 for reference)
    6. Delete this folder.
    7. Launch Acrobat and try the workflow where you are facing the issue.

Let us know if this resolves the issue.

    Regards,
    Arvind

    -Select one or more comments
    -Now press the keys "Shift+k"
Checkmarks will be added to the selected comments.

    Dear User,
Currently there is no key to apply stamp on the page but if you pin your selected stamp applying it on the pages will be a bit easier.
    Please find the steps:
-Open a PDF and load comment app
-Select the stamp you want to use(it gets selected, don't click anywhere on the page)
-Click on "Keep tool selected" to pin the stamp

From here you need to scroll and click on the pages where stamp needs to be applied. Please let us know if it helps.

    Regards,
    Arvind

Actually we are not able to reproduce the crash issues(points-1,2) locally. But issues mentioned in steps-3,4 are getting reproduced here aw well. We have taken a note a and will update you on these.

To provide the logs, please follow the steps:
-when Acrobat crashes on your mac, it will prompt. Click on "Report"
-Copy all the logs under "Problem Details and System Configuration"
-Paste the above logs in word file and send this to us, you can directly mail the above logs to me: arviyada@adobe.com

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response!
Please take a note that currently this is not possible to insert signature when using Attach to Email by Adobe directly.
For attaching to email, other applications use MAPI process of Microsoft and this is the limitation of Mapi that it does not allow insertion of already created signatures in the Outlook.
To verify this you can test it with any word file and attach the word file by the steps:
    1. Open any word file
    2. Goto "File>>Share>>Email>>Send as Attachment" (See the snapshot attached)
    3. Verify the draft email does not insert your signature, please update us in caseyou see different behavior.

    Regards,
    Arvind

    Hi,
I think you are talking about inserting your signature in the draft email whenever you attach a PDF by email button on it. Is that the case?
It is as design, Adobe Acrobat does not insert signature automatically if it was the concern.

Could you please check this behavior with other types of files like notepad/word/excel.
    Kindly follow the steps-
-Right click on any notepad/word file
-Select "Send to->Mail recipient" --> draft email window opens with attachment.

After the above steps, draft email opens which does not inset signature automatically.
Kindly let us know if you need more info.

    Regards,
    Arvind
