Thanks for reaching out and apology for the inconvenience. There was a glitch on the server a few days ago that some users might experience error uploading/converting files. It has been resolved. Could you please try converting those files again? Let us know if you face any issues

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing inconvenience while using the app. You till can batch import or upload multiple PDFs to convert or edit by drag/drop them into appropriate verb tiles/tools in your Home view with Acrobat Pro subscription.

To rename the file easily with less steps, you can select the ... (more menu) next to the file name in Recent and select Rename.
