  1. So many issues. "Thumbnail not yet available" , using classic mode "exceeded page limit" with only a 2 page document. Switching to "new experience" you can't place signatures. So many issues. We have signed out of Adobe and signed back in. Uninstalled Adobe and Creative Cloud. Signed back in. Please please fix this soon as we have employees that need this to do their daily work

  2. After I drag the signature position the document is covered with dark transparent screen with small square dot in the middle then freezes till I press scape button.
    Need your help ASAP

  3. At the moment, multiple documents needs to be combined if we want to send out multiple documents for signature. This is not ideal, I would prefer to have the ability to send one request (email) and request signatures on multiple files so that customer doesn't get bombarded if we need to send 5 documents for signature at the same time.

  5. When sending an agreement and adding a cc email address. CC'd recipients receive and UNSIGNED copy and SIGNED copy.
    Have the option of cc'ing only the final signed copy of agreement.

  6. Currently the Identity Management Sync functionality only allows for syncing relevant data required for SSO. It would be really helpful to be able to sync additional identity data (such as company name, office, etc). Going further, enabling dynamic group membership in Adobe Acrobat Sign based on these attributes would be a killer feature.

  7. The new version of e-signature does not work. I could not work out how to add a password to authenticate the document on the signer's end. This is a non-negotiable. We are required to do this and is a very simple process with the old version.

    Futhermore, once you have filled in a doc and click the request signatures, it starts overriding the information you have already entered. This ruins the whole process and makes it unusable.

    Thankfully we can revert to the old version. I'm not sure how you though this new version would be accepted?

  8. What the **** are you guys doing to E-sign? It's terrible now. I can't send multiple documents at once in the desktop app? I'm going to need to drop my Adobe subscription if this isn't fixed immediately. DotLoop here I come.

  9. It is critical to have a text editor (allowing hyperlinks) to be added to the message in a workflow. This link would take the users to a 'live' document to comment, edit, and finalize before all the signatures take place. I feel this would be an asset to all Adobe Sign users.

  10. So we moved our organization from DocuSign to Acrobat Sign via Acrobat Pro subscription. Our users start encountering a 100 page limitation. Support says you need an enterprise plan to move up to 500 pages. Looked at the enterprise plan, for some reason it has a 150 transaction limit, but the cheaper option is unlimited? Who is making these decisions? So you have to pay more to get less? This is an incredibly strange decision. Imagine if Microsoft told its customers they could only send 150 emails on 365 unless they move to a cheaper plan.

  12. The language should be changeable in EVERY version of Acrobat Sign - not only in enterprise.

  14. Absolutely HATE the new Adobe Sign. It takes me at least 3 times longer to send a document for e-signatures. Before the update, Adobe knew where I wanted text, signatures, and the date signed. Now I have to change the field type every single time I insert a field, the date is some crazy format that I have to change every time, and even if I click "Date Signed" it always just puts a "date" field in that I have to delete and insert the date signed field again. Please change it back!

  15. The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.

    Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

  16. The new update makes setting up e-sign document much more time consuming.
    It doesnt read the fields like it used to and auto create the fields or assign them the correct type.

    Now i have to click to create a field and also change the date format on each field.. there isnt a default setting i can switch to

    1. Adobe Address book (store emails for request signature feature)
    2. Ability to select multiple email addresses at one time (check box selection of sorts) for request signature feature
    3. Ability to remove invalid, incorrect, or no longer needed email addresses from the auto populate feature in signature request

  19. Hello, when I create a PDF form with fields, I fill in my part and sign it. From then on, the entire document is locked and my colleague cannot write anything in it (except sign it). Could you give us the choice of only locking the fields already filled in and signed and leaving the other fields empty without locking? THANKS
