Editing PDFs on device is needed, not just viewing
Very slow to select items. Also, for Chrome OS users, we need to be able to edit files directly on the device instead of saving them to cloud storage, as that will let us edit files in our Google Drive without signing in. Much easier instead of worrying about access to our Google Drive being blocked.

Adobe needs to fix their presence in Google's ecosystem
The aggravating thing with Adobe is this: on Microsoft, Adobe has built an empire. In Google's world...not much to show, other than Android, and the lack of apps on Chrome OS. Chrome OS are laptops too, so please give us the same apps Windows and Mac get, so we don't have to hear "Windows and Mac" over and over again! Adobe is a disaster
Your system is a disaster. It's incredibly complex and bloated, non intuitive and costly. It can't do the super simple things that are actually needed (eg reducing file size) and instead bombards users with "what's new" and totally irrelevant AI prompts.

cannot integrate 3rd party storage if using a licensed account on Adobe Acrobat web, ADD STORAGE link disappears
On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:

Option to remove Ask AI Assistant messaging
I am receiving several complaints from multiple coworkers about the attached pop-up message. There is no option to remove or request to no longer show after a user's initial acknowledgement.
I realize this is a campaign you are pushing, but having no option to remove this message and it's consistence reappearances is growing troubling and distracting to my associates.

the cloud experience for acrobat pro is horrible
Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

On Chrome OS, we need to just be able to edit the individual file. Some of us like to use our Files app to open our things in Google Drive, meaning the only way we can edit files via Acrobat is to replace the file, and that is not ideal. Just give us the ability to edit them on-device. It's possible, you just need to enable the proper protocols. Then, we'd be able to open our files without directly signing into Google Drive. Opening files from the device needs to be able to actually edit the file without uploading to cloud storage. Some of us use Google Drive but can't give Adobe access, and have Chromebooks that can run it! Google has an app that can edit PDFs on the device, so prove Acrobat is better without using Adobe Cloud Storage, please! Without it, I can't edit files in my Google Drive.

Penalty is a joke
You can improve service by not charging people who actually did not use your product!!! I bought your monthly subscription, but it did not serve the purpose. There was no point in me continuing to pay monthly for a product I did not need. Instead, I had to pay 100+ USD not to use it. Absolute joke

Edit text
I am unable to edit certain text on some files. Why is this? It is usually after I create a form and fill in blank areas. I can edit the form areas but not the parts filled in. It is very frustrating.

Terrible software, worse company
I'm truly shock at how miserably worthless this software is. No wonder everyone in graphics worth their salt I know avoids your company like the plague. Keep working on a useless AI chatbot like it'll fix your stock dropping like a rock.

Undeliverable Error Message
Everytime I send out an e signature request I get an email saying document was undeliverable, then a few minutes later I get an email confirming document has gone out for delivery. Please find attached screenshot of undeliverable msg.

AI Assistant is a hoax
Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? "An error occurred" is not an appropriate response and then that's it. So far not impressed with Adobe's versions of AI. It's still a flow chart of actions that are made to…
