    this sucks I can't get it to work on outlook, files will not append and I have wasted 2 hours with something that work and now Outlook jacks it up...again

  5. Already logged in, still asks for credentials to "convert"

    Upon signing into my account, the add-in is not converting email to PDF. Even after logging in, it still asks for my credentials.
